This is Raj Shah from Pickering Ontario. After reviewing several quotes for the Sodding that we needed for over 2300 Square Footage area we finally selected Captain Handy by meeting with the Owner Alex. When the work started, their staff were very professional and courteous in their conduct and more importantly their Project Manager Ihab made it absolutely clear that he would ensure that we were 100 % satisfied with the work they had carried out. Ihab needs to be recognized separately because he not only exhibited customer focus but went an extra mile to meet customer expectations. Once the Sodding was completed, we decided to engage Captain Handy to install Automatic Sprinkler System and when I told Ihab that I am looking for a slightly more expensive and reliable system, he immediately agreed and did not ask for any additional money. In our opinion Ihab has been an exemplary employee of the Captain Handy and with his Interpersonal Skills he would bring absolute success to the business. We are very happy with their professionalism and customer focus attitude and I am glad to say that in 2022 we would be engaging Captain Handy to replace a large area of Interlocking Driveway, Pathway and Patio at our residence. If I am asked to rate this company and specially their owner Alex and Project Manager Ihab plus their employees, I would gladly give them 12 out of 10 Raj & Meena Shah

I was waiting for other jobs to be done for overall picturesque review but Covid made everything slow. Alex was a first response to a quote last year & this year the job was completed. He demolished & built a 102’ x 4’ retaining wall, interlock, new lawn, & beautiful wall at the front of the house. Alex was professional, price reasonable & workmanship excellent. He keeps his word! Just one before & after shot & the wall. The transformation of this yard is mesmerizing. Compared to other’s I called Alex was very responsive. I would have him do any reno’s for me.

Great job done by Alex and team. It started as a smaller project to put interlocking stones in our backyard, and quickly expanded to double the original plan where we added lighting and replacement of the front porch. Alex was very accommodating for all the last minute changes, and we are very happy with the final project. Thank you!

Alex and specifically his team were exceptional. The project started according to the estimated schedule. They first completed the shed which we love. The front porch and walkway was done with the natural stone cladding which looks stunning - we have gotten several compliments. The side walkways we asked for concrete slabs with gravel between which look great and functional. Alex was accommodating through out the process and ensured that we were satisfied. His workers were very kind and respectful to both us and our property. We were very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

Alex did retaining wall for my backyard. His crew is very professional and responsible. They finished work on time and now i can enjoy my backyard. If you need anything, just call captain handy Highly recommended

I had contacted a number of companies for my interlock project. After speaking with Alex, I decided to go with Captain Handy because he was knowledgable, quickly answered my questions, and fairly priced. When the project started, here was a clear picture of what would be happening. Alex would stay in constant communication about the project to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Fadi led the team very professionally, he was friendly also the project was completed very efficiently. It was a very great experience. Alex was great. They were prompt in responding to our inquiry. They gave us a very reasonable quote. Once they were able to start working, they arrived every day early and worked diligently all day. Work was completed in less time than estimated. Work done was high quality. Very happy with the results. Our new backyard is so much nicer than the way it was.
