    Friendly and Professional

    Joel and his staff were punctual, friendly and honest. His prices were much lower than other quotes. And no one else would make a Monday appointment on a Saturday. All I heard was “they will call you Monday to set a time for next week”. As a mother how am I supposed to wait 4-5 days without hot water. Joel was recommended to me from someone in the hot water industry. Insiders know whose good and who is not. Trust Joel.

    Good service

    I had a furnace servicing done. Crew arrived on time and were polite. I am happy with the company

    Furnace Servicing

    In 30+ years of having numerous contractors work in our home, Joel is the most dedicated, knowledgeable and personable. The first time he serviced our furnace, it was after the previous worker had spent more time on their phone than working on our furnace. Joel could have easily done the bare minimum but he spent extra time to make sure everything was in the best shape. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and definitely goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I would not hesitate to recommend KNOWLEDGE HVAC & REFRIGERATION LTD to everyone.

    Furnace Repair

    We have been trying to find somebody that understands electric furnaces for the longest time. This company figured out the problem in less than an hour, ordered the parts and got us up and running as soon as they got the parts in. Highly recommend dealing with them

    Furnace

    Great service. Explain clear. Good demonstration. Excellent suggestions. I am confident to call them again for service and also recommend to any other guys.

    Heater repair

    Fix for air conditioner

    Our air conditioner just "didn't work" anymore when summer rolled around this year. We called up Knowledge HVAC, and Joel came to our house to take a look. He quickly narrowed down the potential source of the problem. Since it involved a part they had to order, we scheduled followup for a few days later, at which point he was able to come and install it. Throughout the process, Joel was professional, took good COVID precautions, and explained any details we wanted about what the issue was or what next steps were. He also pointed out some preventative measures we could take to extend the life of our air conditioner & make any future servicing smoother. He was also clear on any costs up front & making sure we approved before the work was done, and the final bill aligned with the estimate. Once he was done, we turned on the air conditioner, and it was fixed - our house was able to cool off again.

    Re & Re Hot Water Tank (gas)

    My plumber was prompt and courteous And fairly priced. I called him late in the day with my issue, he was at my house with a new tank by 9am the following day. The install went well only taking a few hours. He then cleaned up the area and took away the old tank. My wife and I enjoyed meeting him And would recommend them to our friends. Thank you Lance & Angela

    New water heater

    Knowledge did a fantastic job. Came out to our house the next day, the new water heater was installed well, technician was friendly and answered all our questions. Highly recommended.
