    Siding, soffit and downspout

    I found Eric to be extremely thorough and detail oriented. The work was done earlier than expected and looks beautiful. Eric was friendly and available for any questions. I would highly recommend him.

    Best of the best! New siding, roof, downspouts and eaves.

    Eric completely transformed the look of the house with patience and attention to detail. I have worked with dozens of trades over the years and Eric stands above them all for his hard work ethic, cleanliness, integrity and craftsmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Job well done!

    Skilled and Professional - A pleasure to work with

    Project included: New siding, soffit-facia, gutter-downspout, AND window spray-painting From the quoting process to the start and finish of the project, Eric (with his team) was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. The work was well planned and therefore went smoothly. He definitely went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results – AND I AM!! I highly recommend him and I will definitely call him when I'm ready to install a metal roof.

    Dormer repair/replacement and window frame painting

    My original builders dormer was rotting so had to get it replaced. Did not want to go with the vinyl or aluminum look and had a specific look in mind so Eric suggested a hardy board option. Right from the beginning Eric was very prompt and professional in his correspondences and very easy to talk to. The work was a 2 day job, came on time both days and did a fantastic job along with his colleague George. Eric’s attention to detail was amazing and he was very patient with any questions I had. His clean up after the work was complete was great, can tell he takes great pride in his work and service. I’d highly recommend Eric and iRoof and will definitely hire them for any future work! Thanks again Eric and George :)

    Siding

    Eric takes great pride in his work. This was clearly evident from his high level of professionalism and impeccable attention to detail. He transformed my tired, weathered home and gave it a refresh that surpassed my expectations and did so on time and on budget. I am very thankful I found the right person for the job! Thanks Eric!

    Prompt service and great execution of work

    Eric did a great job fixing the roof after some raccoons damaged the roof and stucco. He provided a few options and then was able to start the job in a few days. He came on time and got the job done within the time quoted. I will definitely recommend iRoof’s services to my friends and neighbours.

    Siding repair after first company did not do good job

    We had to hire Eric to redo our siding after not such good work from the previous contractor. We replaced the siding on one side of our house because it always gets damaged due to weather conditions. Due to strong winds the siding started moving and eventually got dislocated. We called Eric and he came ASAP to fix it. Eric is very efficient and easy to work with. Will recommend him to family and friends!

    Replacement of new soffits, fascia, siding, eaves and downspouts

    Eric is a very conscientious worker. The weather was not on our side but he still came and did the work and finished the job properly. I found him to be very detailed and professional and would recommend him to my friends and neighbours. We are very pleased with this job!

    Aluminum Flashing repair and rodent protection

    received same day urgent service which I could not find anywhere. We had a raccoon on our roof eating away at stucco chimney. He explained the scope of work beforehand, showed up on time, complete the job and did a great job explaining what he was seeing as he went along. Would recommend and use again.
