Leak, shingles and side panel repairs
We had been having leaks on and off in our roof but just had a new roof installed about 10 years ago. I had called several roofers for quotes. One didn't even follow up with me. Eric call within a few hours and told me he could come by the next day. He was honest and helpful. He fixed what needed to be fixed and told me what he was planning before doing it. He was professional and informative. He seal the problem areas and told me the roof didn't need to be changed yet. I appreciated his honesty and promptness. Thank you Eric.

Excellent!
Excellent work! Eric is knowledgeable and kind, the installed Hardie Board looks incredible as do the additional repairs. Prompt work, too! Thanks so much Eric!

Flat roof repair
Hired this small business owner Eric to repair leaks on the small front flat roof. This is a new-build that had multiple issues so I went over in details and emphasized that condition of the roof and waterproofing needs to be inspected thoroughly. He acknowledged and provided assurance that replacing the roof will stop the leak. After the repair, just in five months leaks happen again in the same area. He came the first time to inspect and added more sealant to the gap that he thought might have caused the leak. Yet another leak occur just 3 months after his first visit and he ignores my phone calls and messages for the past week now. Avoid this contractor and find another reputable company who not only provide quality work but also who are reliable when it comes to warranty.

Hi Derrick I understand that you wanted to solve multiple issues with a roof that was previously done bad from your builder. The front flat roof has no leak as we inspected together 3 times after installation. That's the part that we did and we stand behind it, to be inspected by anyone. The house has multiple issues with the stucco and windows as we noticed and took pictures. It's very unfair on your part the way you're trying to blame this on us , considering this is not a roof we did. After 3 visits at no charge we wish you the best of luck. As for the part we did we always stand behind it

Flashing for upper porch
Great service and timely response. Eric came on time and was very helpful in guiding us through our reno. He gave soundly advice and did a great job with the porch. The porch was not in great condition to have the flashing installed but Eric worked around it and made the porch look great.

Roof replacement
Were awesome to work with. Very responsive, answered all of my questions and gave great recommendations. Price was reasonable after getting a few quotes. They worked efficiently, went out of their way to reduce noise, and even cleaned out my gutters and my neighbors gutters in the process. A pipe cap was accidentally broken by a ladder and it was fixed within 24 hours which was amazing. Overall, tremendous experience and would recommend!

Roof, eavestrough and redesign
My roof shingles and eavestrough needed to be replaced. In addition to changing my roof and eavestrough I wanted to remove some old panels and redesign the roof and eavestrough. Eric was able to provide a fantastic solution and design and colours that made my roof much better than before. From the start Eric and his team were on time and all the work went smoothly. They cleaned up everything and I am extremely satisfied with the appearance and quality of the roof. Highly recommend Eric iRoof Ltd.

Brilliant, perfect work with real care
Great work and real care from a true expert Eric installed an eavestrough drainage system for our third floor deck at the top of our tall Victorian house. It was a complex job that included flat roof waterproofing along a parapet wall and complex aluminum work for a spillway and gutter. Eric did this big and complex job perfectly, quickly, and on budget. Also, he is a pleasure to work with, professional, pleasant and effective, with genuine care for his clients and their needs.
