Derek came to our rental property, and within 10mins, he called to let give us quotes over $1000. Luckily we hadn't cancelled our initial appointment with our plumber. Our preferred plumber came today and took 45mins to diagnose the problem and determined that the back up was caused by the City's pipes. We called 311 and the City was out to address the problem right away! Our bill from from our preferred plumber was $89, thank goodness we didn't use these people, just paid them $50 for the service call...Review from Happy, Calgary, Alberta Happy, Calgary, Alberta

I was there in person and the contractor explained to me what the current situation was along with options to fix. They left the site clean and no water laying around. Payment was easy as they had a handheld device that accepted cards. Great service and quality work.Answer from pro:
