    Basement Demo + Plumbing + Repour

    Dmytro and his team worked on a demo and repour of the concrete slab of our basement. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and despite some unexpected, prolonged issues with our permit, they returned the day after issues were resolved to continue work. They were attentive to our needs and the work was generally to our satisfaction, especially for the very competitive cost of work. Dmytro was ever present during the work. My only complaint would be that communication could have been better at times, as there were days where no one could understand English and we were more or less in the dark about the work that was being done. In a similar vein, a window was removed for the duration of the work, but we were not aware that it wasn't going to be put back until the last day - which a little more communication would have solved.

    Underpinning Project

    We hired Dmytro and his crew to underpin our basement, it took roughly 5 weeks . We were nervous it would be really disruptive living through the process but we were pleasantly surprised how well and smooth the whole process took. We are extremely happy we put our trust on dymtro and his team to do our underpinning. We would highly recommend Willfix to our friends and family.

    Crack fix and water proofing

    Dmytro and his team did a great job. They work hard and fast. In one day they where able to dig out a 6 foot deep hole across my wall fix the crack from the outside, back fill and put up a membrane.

    Amazing Underpinning Service in Richmondhill

    Exterior waterproofing, drainage and Interlocking

    Hi! Just wanted to give you a huge shout out for the fantastic work you did on the drainage, interlocking, and exterior waterproofing! Seriously, you nailed it from start to finish. The idea, planning, engineering, and execution were top-notch, and your pricing was fair and reasonable. I also appreciate how responsive you were throughout the project. But what really blew me away was how clean everything was. You went above and beyond to keep the worksite tidy, and it made a world of difference. My grass was damaged with the activities, and you ensured you got my grass taken care with cleanliness. The attention to detail and the extra effort you put in truly set you apart. As you kept saying, that after you finish the work, I would enjoy my backyard in the summer. I am truly doing so. Thanks again for the outstanding job.     Install Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps
    The guys did an amazing job. They demoed our old patio and installed a new interlock. Very professional, very friendly, and excellent workmanship. We would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend! Thank Dima and the crew!

    Amazing job

    Willfix Inc. did a fantastic job on my driveway, front porch, and back yard. They came in and removed all the old material and installed new stone in the front and a beautiful wooden fence in the back. They also did an amazing and quick job with removing two huge trees that were in the way. I would highly recommend Willfix to do any landscaping construction.
