    Concrete Pad for Shed

    I had a concrete pad installed for my shed and Dmytro and team were amazing. I had to part ways with my initial contractor because they were cutting corners and I wanted something that would last. Dmytro and team came in and did a wonderful job. I expect it to last for years to come.

    Job well done

    Dmytro and the crew did a great job. They got rid of the concrete in my backyard, put in beautiful stone steps from my porch to a new beautiful interlocking patio (also their work) and built a new garden box with an attached sand box for my kid. I'm very happy with their work and how quickly they did it.

    New basement floor and waterproofing

    I found Dima when I saw him doing work at a house down the street. He dropped by my house and provided a quote in a few days. He and his band of merry men had a cancellation and were able to start right away. The reno project is ahead of schedule now. Dima provided good advice on what should be done in my basement - we added a sump pump - and he dug the ditches for the new drains. All of this was done in 6 days - they 'smashed it'!! Great work and a great team. Thank you Dima!

    very satisfied

    Dymitro was very professional, did a good job building a concrete pad with minimal mess. He came with a small crew on time, and came in on budget. I would recommend Willfix.

    Concrete pad

    Very professional job. Organized and arrived on time and completed job same day. Cleaned up job site after Would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work or similar jobs.

    Backyard Patio Area Addition

    We were desperate to fix an area of our backyard in a new rental home, to extend our living space outdoors. Unfortunately the space was not properly cared for in the past, and really needed a professional to do the job right. Russell and Dmytro got the job done in a day and we were consulted every step of the way. The result exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely recommend them. These guys truly know what they are doing!

    Fencing and concrete work

    Very professional take care of simple details that make a huge difference!!! So glad we found them !!! No taking advantage of my mother total opposite made her a part of every decision that took place thank you your team is a class act !! Look forward to working together again :)

    Concrete Garage floor replacement

    Dymtro and his crew came in and ripped out my old garage floor and removed all old stones, repacked the dirt, regraded the floor and replaced with new stones, installed rebars and repoured concrete. Was satisfied with the work completed. Surprisingly it took only 2 days to complete job. Am looking to use Dymtro again for replacing backyard fence in spring.

    Backyard Landscaping

    We needed to clear and level a 12 x 17 area in our backyard. Sounds easy, but the problem is that there is no machine access, six large armour stones that needed to be moved and a bin’s worth of soil to remove. We needed to clear the area to make space for a trampoline - not having a huge amount of work it seemed hard to get contractors interested in doing the hard labour. Russell responded to my job request on HomeStars and while he was busy, everyone is this summer, he got back to me a few weeks later once his calendar had some time available. He showed up quickly for a quote and provided shortly after his visit. Russell worked to accommodate our schedule which was helpful as we needed to coordinate with a few other projects and a availability. They showed up promptly and brought a solid team to manage the heavy labour. They were efficient and quick and got the job done, including coming up with an innovative approach to repurposing the armour stones.

    Highly Recommended

    We have found Willfix through Homestars and so happy we did. From the initial consultation it was clear Rouslan and Dmitry are knowledgeable and listen to their clients. Willfix did a big job of clearing out mess left after waterproofing the foundation which included: - removal and disposal of all garbage ( heavy concrete blocks and slabs) - grading the backyard -installing sod and mulch - installing new slab patio During these 10 days the team has always exceeded our expectations. Every step of the way we were consulted and presented with professional suggestion to ensure our backyard functions properly. The team worked really hard every day and cleaned up everyday after the work. They were very detail oriented and made sure everything is straight/even and works properly. Even after extreme heat has ruined few strips of new sod (i.e. out of their control), Willfix it ensured that it was replaced. Quote we were given originally was never enlarged even if more materials were needed ( rare sign of great planning on the contractors end to budget the work properly!). See the pictures for before and after , but pictures don't do the justice of the quality of work done. I will definitely recommend Willfix Inc to anyone who wants professional, reliable, friendly and timely work to be done around the house!
