    You will be asked for a tip

    Good professional service. However was surprised and disappointed in them asking for a tip. I paid it. Be prepared to be asked for a tip and consider it when deciding on your budget.

    Samsung refrigerator repair

    I have used the services of Gold Star Appliance Repair company for a few years now and I have been very pleased with the service they provide. Maor and his team are professional, honest, and fast. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. They take the time to explain the repair process they offer before any work is done. They always give me a fair price, and the repair jobs always turn out right the first time. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them in the future.

    Excellent Service and the Nicest Team

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Gold Star to repair my fridge and dishwasher, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. First and foremost, they were able to schedule an appointment for me within just a few days of my initial call, which was a huge relief given the urgency of my situation. When the technician arrived, he was friendly and respectful, taking the time to explain exactly what was wrong with each of my appliances and how he planned to fix them. Also, the price offered was fair and given to me upfront. What impressed me most, however, was the quality of the work itself. Not only were my fridge and dishwasher repaired to perfection, but the technician also took the time to clean up any mess that was made during the process. Additionally, he offered some helpful tips and tricks for maintaining my appliances to ensure that they would continue to run smoothly in the future. Overall, I can't recommend Gold Star highly enough. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and their dedication to providing top-notch service is truly unparalleled.

    Install or Repair Washing Machine
    I appreciated the honesty of the technician who came to repair laundry centre. Was honest enough to tell me that it wasn't worth fixing as it would cost same as or more than a new unit. When I asked him if he could recommend a store to buy new, he didn't push me towards any store. I would definitely use them again

    Dryer repair

    My mothers dryer is still broken to this day, and they sent the owner of the company to come out and fix it and even he couldnt fix the damage his employee caused. Never hiring this company again.

    We had a an existing commercial dishwasher in a hair salon replaced with a new one. Gold Star Appliance Repair did. and excellent job on time and even cleaned up. Great job!

    Dishwasher repair

    Our dishwasher malfunctioned late in the evening. I called Gold Star next morning. Nothwithstanding being busy Jenny got people out the same day. The issue was diagnosed, parts ordered. Repair was completed next day at a very reasonable cost. Leo who completed the repair was a pleasure to deal with as was Jenny. They showed up right on the times promised. I cant think of anything to complain about. I will have no hesitation in calling Gold Star again if we need any appliances repaired.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Maor came to our house on a Sunday to repair a Samsung fridge. Right from the start, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date on the part replacement and timing. He is very honest and I would use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Great and Honest Company

    Maor came to our house last minute to take a look at our dryer. He presented us with various options and said could come back the next day to fix it as he had to order the parts. We were provided with before and after pictures and it was a pleasure speaking to Maor as he definitely cares about his work. Will definitely call him again for all our household needs.
