    Washer repair

    I tried repairing my washer by doing a reset as they show on Youtube videos but alas, I needed an expert and was lucky to find Maor ! He seemed to be a very honest and trustworthy guy. He wanted to fix my washer with minimal cost to me (as it could have been a couple of different issues as the root problem). I must say I was worried about being burned by a repair person but the entire experience was efficient, expert and friendly. Now my clothes can be clean again!!! Would highly recommend Maor and team

    Appliance repair

    The technician, Nava, was amazing. She was prompt and quick to follow up. Nava was very detailed in her analysis and resolution. I highly recommend Nava and Gold Star Appliance Repair.

    Refrigerator leak

    It was 11:30pm I was watching TV when I heard what sounded like water pouring all over my kitchen floor. I ran in the kitchen to see water gushing from the water dispenser and I couldn't stop it. ( Thank god I was awake) I can't imagine how much water would have been on the floor and into the basement by morning. I had to shut the water off to the house. ( I had no idea where the shut off for the icemaker and water dispenser was) I tried calling repair services at least 6 but no one could come out and a few were away ( Thanksgiving weekend) I finally got lucky and found Maor from Gold Star. He came over the same day I called. He shut the water off to the ice maker/dispenser and showed me where it is located ( under the sink) I told him that I felt my refrigerator/freezer was losing it 's cooling abilities. He laid on the floor said the compressor was not working well. He advised me to Call the manufacturer because the part was most likely under warranty. He could have tried to make money and sell me parts etc but he did not. He was very honest. Maor is extremely honest, caring and phenomenal communication. Highly HIghly recommend. Do yourself a favor and only use this company for any appl.iance issues.

    Dryer repair

    We are a house of 5 people, our dryer stopped working in the middle of a large load. I called Maor that night and he promised to come the next day early morning....and he did. It took Maor a few minutes and provided an accurate diagnosis, he said exactly what was wrong, and how much it would cost. In a short while after that the machine was working perfectly. This was not the first time Maor fixed an appliance in our home. Maor is very reliable, he is a true professional and was very affordable. Thank you Maor

    Bosch Dishwasher Installation

    Purchased new Bosch dishwasher and needed installation and old one removed. Service was quick and efficient and so far so good. Cost included installation $239 before HST, removal of old dishwasher $99 before HST and part needed for Bosch dishwasher installation $90 before HST.

    Great service

    I needed to replace two dishwashers, Manor came on time, and did exactly what we agreed on over the phone. He explained all to me before and after his work. His work was clean and professional.

    Washing Machine Service

    Ron was amazing at fixing my washing machine. He was on time, very courteous, and efficient. He was very transparent with his process on addressing the issue and educated us along the way. The machine was fixed in no time. I highly recommend.

    A wonderful experience

    We were impressed with both the professionalism and consideration of Mor. He went out of his way to explain the problem with our fridge and completed the repair promptly. I have no hesitation to give him the highest rating possible. Thank you.

    Amazing service!

    By far the best repair service I ever got. I had a broken washing machine and Maor went to extreme lengths to guarantee that it's fixed. It was complex because certain parts could be ordered only from Montreal and other parts weren't in stock -- Maor even went to another city to get parts. When working, Maor was very quick, friendly, and professional. I know who I'll be calling next time I need anything fixed and would recommend Maor for any appliance work. Just exceptional service and work ethic!

    Fridge issue

    Grate service, very knowledgeable and professional , Maor gave me an options how to fix the issue. We will definitely use this company again for all my appliances problems! Definitely recommending !!!
