I am writing to express my deep dissatififaction and frustration with the service we received from Humber. The entire experience has been unacceptable, and I am utterly mortified by how the situation was handled. Initially, we were informed that no service techs were available over the weekend, however, we later received a call stating that a technician had been found and would be dispatched. We were also told to expect a 30-minute courtesy call prior to the tech's arrival. No such call was received, and they arrived an hour earlier than scheduled without notice.
The service call was for my tenants, an elderly couple.
The service tech did not have customer service in mind, and had mistreated my tenants poorly, telling them their opinion didn't matter as he has 30+ years of experience. Shame on you for bad manners to the elderly!
