    Basement renovation

    Mr Salam was very dedicated to the proposed work throughout the long pathway for us to obtain a building permit to our basement renovation. He spent time above snd beyond what was expected to walk us through the steps of the public meeting to approve the project and prepare my wife to answer questions, and stepped in multiple times to fulfil the requirements of the Toronto office. We were very satisfied with his work and recommend it.

    engineer drawings for load bearing wall

    My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Anwar, of ASR Engineers Inc. and we had the best experience from beginning to the end of the process. They are super super efficient. most of the work was done on line, providing the information required, then there was one site visit by the engineer to take measurements and draft drawings were provided within one week. I can't say enough about how efficient they are, professional and absolutely great to work with. They were very responsive to emails and questions we had for them. The final drawings were provided once the contractor reviewed the draft drawings and ASR Engineers also submitted our application to City of Toronto for the building permit which took 2 weeks from the day it was submitted. This is how all construction experiences should feel like. I was totally impressed with the service and the final product and I also liked the cost.     Basement Project

    I Hired them for my new home Basement finished, permit and reno. Their service is tremendous. They completed all papers for permit just with in a week including my 3 changes of request. I strongly recommend them for any small to big Build, PERMIT and Renovation.

    Structural Engineering Service

    Anwar is professional and and committed to providing service for great project outcomes! He assisted in providing structural drawings for 3 houses in Pickering to obtain permits and provides feedback efficiently. Highly recommended!

    Load bearing wall permit

    ASR is quick to respond to questions, adjusting drawings when needed. We got the permit back without any back and forth with the city. Overall great experience, will consider for future projects.

    Great service

    Overall good service (drawing 2nd dwelling) provided by ASR Engineers - easily accessible by phone or email - prompt responses provided when neccessary - polite - professional - knowledgeable No complaints Would recommend ASR Engineers to friend or family

    New House Structural

    We had a very complex design on a modern new house and ASR Engineering did a great job with the structural design and helped us progress our project by offering a very quick and efficient service.

    GARAGE - DRAWINGS AND BUILDING PERMIT

    Very pleased to have hired ASR Engineers for getting garage blueprints done and applying for a building permit. We ended up dealing with each for a period of nearly two years (much longer than we intended) as the project application got complicated by right-of-way issues, setbacks, etc., which ultimate led to filing an application with the COA. Anwarus was with me from the beginning...he and his team supported me and advised me at every stage (which were many), until I FINALLY got my permit. He was professional, courteous and genuine during the whole phase. Anwarus and his team are dedicated and very knowledgeable professionals who really care about their clients and their projects. This they demonstrated clearly by always answering my calls or returning them the same day if they couldn't answer. They followed up with me regularly and addressed each and every concern in detail. They guided me thru the labyrinth of bureaucracy when dealing with building permit applications and COA applications. Their fees are very reasonable and they were an extreme pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services and most definitely will work with them in the future. Thank you ASR Engineers Inc.

    Condo Renovation Permit Drawings

    It was very pleasant working with Anwar of ASR Engineers Inc. to obtain my City of Toronto permit for extensive renovation on my downtown condo. Anwar is very knowledgeable with all the rules and regulations in his field. He clarified all the issues and reviewed pertinent regulations that were required in my renovation plans. The cost for my condo apartment permit drawings including architectural, HVAC and plumbing were very reasonable and competitive with other quotes that I had received. I decided to go with Anwar upon reading his customer reviews. It was definitely the right decision to go with them. Anwar went the extra mile in fulfilling additional requirement by the permit issuing engineer until the permit was obtained. Obtaining the permit was assured by Anwar and it was fulfilled. Anwar communicates with the client very respectfully putting the client at ease. I have made more than a dozen phone calls to him and he has answered right away 90% of the time. For the 10% of the time that he could not answer my calls right away, he called me few minutes later on apologizing for not answering right away. This exceptional personal service is very hard to get these days and was extremely appreciated. Anwar’s team, Mohammad and Annette were also very professional and friendly, ready to respond to all my needs. I am very much satisfied with ASR Engineering professional services and would highly recommend working with this firm. Joseph Mardian
