We are ecstatic with our new home. The staff at Strategic Homes Group are amazing and great people to deal with. From the alluring exterior to all of the fine details inside, their crew gave us a place we are proud to call home. Raj, the builder, as well as his project manager were very flexible and accommodating, and met all of our needs during the construction process. They also bent over backwards getting us in on time. Any deficiencies, which are common in new construction, were handled with urgency and in a timely manner. The entire process was stress free and the builder always kept us up to date with the progress of our house. I can't say enough good things about Strategic Homes Group. Thank you, but that hardly covers it!

Front Step was replaced and non-shrink concrete step installed. The step looks really good. Under the front steps is a cold cellar and I was very happy to see that Raj and his team sealed the cavities in the walls. We will now be able to store our Christmas decorations and etc. in the cellar. Raj made some recommendations as he did the job and did not charge any extra. The job was completed quickly and RAJ always called me to tell me when his team would be arriving.

Strategic Homes Group took down a load-bearing wall in our kitchen/living room and completely transformed our main floor. The did our basement underpinning with water proofing. They were reliable, transparent, did amazing work efficiently and with great care. They kept us updated every step of the way. We can’t wait to use them again for future projects, can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a old bungalow. Raj and his company built a custom home 2800 sq ft with 1400 sq ft basement with separate entrance. There was a lot of structural and support changes, arrange the workers and followup with city inspections. They completed the job within 10 months. Excellent quality, reliable, honest and professional people. I recommend them!

Strategic Homes Group Inc did an amazing job on our full house renovation and half Second floor addition. The entire time we were in communication with Raj. He provided input when needed and still adhered to our detailed vision. From start to finish all the work proceeded steadily and without any delay. All their crews were super neat and quick and did quality work. This wasn't an easy project as many contractors that we contacted, they didn't have enough experience or knowledge about addition and we only felt comfortable with Strategic Homes Group Inc and these guys did so many home addition jobs and they gave us many references to talk to. We asked their previous clients questions and one of their recent clients invited us to see their house as they were so happy with the FHI company. We loved all their design and finishes and decided to hire them for our project. During the project Work areas were kept neat and clean all the time and all the new flooring was well protected throughout construction. Cost was very reasonable as there weren't any extras or surprises at all and we added some additional work too and asked them to finish the basement for us as well. We highly recommend them to everyone and gladly asked them to use us as references for future clients.

We hired Strategic home group for major extension and basement underpinning and finishing. We met with several contractors for over three months. We felt comfortable giving the work to Strategic homes group. Raj was our point of contact through the whole process. We had a wonderful experience both personally and professionally. Raj was very transparent about the dates he provided for completion of various stages. They finished the project well before the contract deadline. His sub contractors were very professional and did an excellent job in finishing. My wife and I are truly impressed with the addition and basement. Raj did a little extra work of doing our side walk and extra potlights in the kitchen. Raj our point person has incredible eye for detail and very high standards for finishing. We wish them great success. Keep up the good work.

I hired Strategic Homes for my basement underpinning contract. Raj was extremely professional and delivered in a time-bound fashion. 10/10 for quality and workmanship. Although I was on a tight budget, he was able to give me the best rate and supported the entire project by personally supervising all the work.

Strategic Homes Group was sub-contracted by the basement renovation company I hired. Raj (CEO of Strategic Homes) was there from the beginning - from the initial quote to the site plan and all the way through the work. He did an excellent job in explaining everything that was required for the job, when we would be without power or water and set our expectations appropriately. We were digging down our semi-detached basement by 2 feet so we were also concerned about the inconvenience to our neighbor. Raj met with them personally and explained all aspect of the work. He also kept them informed on a weekly basis of what work would be happening so they could make arrangement to be out of the house for the noisier days. He also posted videos and pictures on Instagram so we could track the progress of the work and we were staying offsite. When Raj noticed some cracks in the walls, we stopped digging immediately to ensure the safety of his team and the integrity of the foundation. He had an engineer on site the very next day and luckily the site was cleared to continue. I was extremely happy with how Raj reacted to the situation and was able to get someone so quickly. Also, if I had any concerns throughout the job, he always reacted very quickly to make sure I was happy. As I mentioned in the title, Raj always did a little extra - from the width of the concrete being poured for the pins (beyond the minimum required) to how far down he moved the floor (gave an extra two inches so I would still have 8 foot ceilings after drywall and subfloor). I would recommend Raj for any underpinning work you may have.
