Awesome service...highly recommended. In mid December, my refrigerator’s freezer temperature was fluctuating from the desired-18 to 0 deg C. I called and they promptly sent out a team to diagnose the problem. Robert and Larry determined that the fridge required a new part to fix the problem. We we informed that with the COVID situation the part may take up to 2-3 months to arrive. We decided to make do until we could get the part in. Robert called the next day to say he would come by to try with a temporary replacement part until the genuine part came in, it unfortunately did not fit but I appreciated the attempt. We got a call in early January from Jun, in the office, that they has fast tracked the order and Robert promptly came back replaced the part and the fridge was working like new. We greatly appreciated the friendliness, professionalism, and effort to repair our refrigerator.

I had previous had another company come in to look at my Samsung range. I had turned on the self cleaning and it burnt out my touch screen. The previous tech told me (after 5 visits trying to figure out what was wrong) it was the computer and would cost 5/600. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. Advantage appliance was very quick to book me in. Robert was my tech. He was very personable and explanatory. Was mindful of Covid using a mask and was careful where he laid his tools and was clean. He had my stove up and running in no time flat!!! What a nice guy and the hero of the day in our house!!!

Kudos to Mark and Larry for the job well done. They’ve came to the rescue a day after phoning the company. They changed the (whirlpool) switches of my stovetop as it was burnt. They thoroughly checked everything before wrapping up.

They were expert in their field. They exceed my expectation, their pricing is comparable, their job is excellent. I will never look for no other repairman.
