raccoons went to my home by breaking the plastic vent and all the shingles around that. They made a hole in the roof and destroyed a section of shingles. I noticed that when it leaks inside my home last week, when it was raining. Roofing Pros (Mr. Sam Samimi) removed all broken shingles and vent and replace them with good one, completely match with the other parts of roof. Very fast and nit. I recommend him to all my friends.

We have a small leak in a flat roof covered by a deck. It's very hard to diagnose without taking off the deck, but Sam came and pointed out a couple of places with missing caulk that might be responsible for the leak. He gave me detailed instructions and even gave me a tube of caulk--all for no charge. He went to a lot of trouble without earning a cent, but he certainly earned my trust. If the caulk doesn't fix it, I'm calling Sam back to do whatever's necessary--including taking off the deck.

My roof was condensating in between the roof and the deck. Sam came and inspected and instead of jumping into a more expensive work to redo completely the roof he told me about the possibility to open and see if installing vents would solve the problem, which end up being the case and I saved $10k! It has been 1 month since he has done the work and I don't have the condensation anymore. He also fixed other issues left by the previous contractor that didn't do a good job. Sam is an amazing honest professional and I highly recommend him!!

Sam came to give me a quote and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, his quiet and unassuming manner, and his sincerity. He gave me some advice on the need for extra roof vents, as well as a quote on providing and installing a new solar powered skylight. He came back a second time so my husband could meet him and ask some questions about the work that I had not thought to ask on his first visit. He was patient and seemed pleased to be able to provide information and answer any and all questions we had. He arrived this morning to do the job and completed the work in less than 5 hours. That included removing and replacing all the shingles, underlayment, ice and water shield on that portion of the roof that housed the skylight, opening the roof to accommodate the size of the new skylight, building a curb for and installing the skylight and new flashing, plus installing 3 new roof vents. The clean-up was great. I would absolutely highly recommend Sam for his excellent work and plan to provide his name to anyone in the neighbourhood looking for a roofer or skylight installer!

Sam and his team were excellent. Sam did a thorough review of my roof and provided me with options and associated costs. The work was completed quickly and the property was cleaned thoroughly following the work. I appreciate that Sam and his team are certified GAF installers and that the work comes with a manufacturer's warranty for an excellent price.

Made a request thru homestar regarding our gutter, which was leaking. After a few minutes got a quick response from Roofing pros. My husband and I met Sam, very punctual, honest, pleasant young gentleman. He was able to help us with our leaking gutter although this is not his line of field, because he is a roofer. He asked questions about when and who did our roof. I admired his professionalism because he did not made a comment but rather gave as an advise to call the company. He also took a picture of our roof because there’s a lot shingles and nails that was left behind. He also gave us some suggestions in regards to the other problem with our eavestrough. Sam and his team did excellent work, were easy to deal with and cleaned up very nicely afterwards, would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their roof done! They even did free repairs for us before we agreed to move forward with the project so that we wouldn't get water leaking in.
