Sam was great and dishwasher door now working. Only negative was the cost of the repair.

After our dryer stopped producing any heat I called Sam right away having had a great experience with him fixing our washer a year and a half ago. Considering it was Saturday, having the dryer fixed and working again about 5 hours after reaching out is an ultimate great service one can hope for. Thank you very much for your professionalism, expertise and friendliness!

I had a washer that had a clogged drain pump. Sam answered and replied the same evening and showed up the following day. He was friendly and polite and got the job done quickly. He was also very willing to go above and beyond and really valued our time. I would recommend him to my friends in the area.

Sam was great, came assessed the issue, ordered the part and it was completed in three days. We were very appreciable of the great turn around time.

Solved my frig problem, and let me know the frig needed replacing. Disappointing but important info. Also solved a problem with washer door that several others could not solve.
