Sam responded quickly and through no fault of his, had to return a couple of times due to a parts issue. He was always in communication with me and showed up when he said he would, or even earlier. His prices are reasonable and hes very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Sam for any appliance repair.

Sam was great. Getting a free estimate at the beginning was really helpful. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the issue with my washer and fridge and double-check the settings for my 2nd washer. Very pleased with the service and will recommend to my friends.

Sam was awesome!! He diagnosed the problem in less than 2 min of arriving to my home. The problem took several hours to fix though. It was very time consuming to melt all the ice the fridge had built up inside the freezer. Gave us some great insight into typical refrigerator problems and how to avoid them. Once the job was done, my refrigerator was working again and all is good! Sam was very nice and trustworthy, and anyone looking for an appliance repairman should not look any further...Sam is the man! Thanks Sam! You're now my to-go appliance guy! Al

Sam come in with the right part. Tried to fix without the part but has to use the part. Did a good and clean job. Will definitely recommend.

Our dryer was making an awful squeaking sound. Sam was professional and friendly. He examined the dryer, had the part with him and fixed it in less than an hour. He took the time to explain what the issue was and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Sam for any appliance issues you may have. I will definitely call him the next time I have an issue with an appliance.

Our washing machine stopped working late Friday night my husband tries fixing it with no success googled washing machine repair and Northern Appliance Repair was top of the list. Sam was amazing he was here within a couple of hours and was successful at diagnosis and repair on the spot, thank you Sam for being available on a Saturday and within a few hours of our call. We would highly recommend Sam & Northern Appliance Repair & will definitely use again.

I had the privilege of having Sam come out to install a washer and dryer at our new place. Sam goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with his service. Sam was great. He came same day to diagnose what was wrong with my dryer. He told us the work that needed to be done and gave us a fair quote. He also went the extra mile asking us if there were any other appliances that needed to be looked at. I really appreciate his honesty. Highly recommended

Sam is a true professional coming totally prepared. He is courteous and cares enough to be sure he does not make a mess. I set up an appointment for Wednesday Feb 2nd. . He was running late due to the Snow storm, he called that he will be there within the half hour, he showed up 20 minutes later. My dishwasher didn’t work, the diagnosed the problem, came up with a few options, 1- Use a generic part. 2- Get a part from the manufacturer. Since the problem was electronic I decided to go with the Manufacturers Part, he said some customers do not want to wait for another part they just want to have their appliance fixed without any delay so they will use a generic part hoping the appliance doesn’t breakdown again. I was blown away that he called early Saturday Feb 5th. morning that he could be at our home by 12:30. He was on time plus he had all the parts he needed to complete the repair. Sam also was happy to answer any questions I may have had and gave me some good pointers to extend the life of my dishwasher. He repairs any brand, I highly recommend this company for appliance repairs. I will recommend him to anyone
