    Cutting tree branches above our house

    I highly recommend Chris and his company. The communication was fast and the whole process was smooth. He came to make the assessment, gave us a quote, we booked a day, and done. Chris is very punctual and efficient. Thank you for a job well done.

    Two big jobs

    I asked Chris to have a look at a very difficult trimming job. He was there to give a quote as soon as I finished typing it seemed, and he gave a fair quote, with better understanding of the job, and the tree, than any other arborist who'd tackled this old tree. He communicated extremely well. He showed up on time with his men and did a wonderful, and very difficult, job--so well the neighbours also spoke their appreciation. He left a clean site. Very shortly thereafter we needed a tree removed; again, great communication, fair price and he juggled things for us to fit the work in about a month before he actually had an opening. He even helped us move stuff to prepare the site. In a perfect world, every experience of buying services would be like this--expeert, pleasant, honest and leaving you feeling your business really meant something. I'm going to plant more trees just so I can hire Chris to come and cut them down someday. Thanks, Chris.

    Removing Some Shrubs

    Chris did a great job removing the four shrubs in our backyard. He was quick, thorough, neat and very professional. My husband and I were so pleased with his work that we asked him to remove a couple of fair sized trees in my mother-in-law's backyard. He did that job with the same dedication. I would highly recommend Higher Place Tree Care whether you need to remove shrubs or trees.

    Stumped? Let Higher Place Tree Care solve your problems!

    Chris responded to our request quickly, came by to assess and gave us a fair estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about our plum tree, the issues facing it and the course of action. It's obvious Chris cares about what he does and his customers (and trees). On the day the work, Chris and his team were quick/efficient, took care to make sure no branches landed in the neighbour's yard and left the yard better than they found it. He came back a couple weeks later to grind the stump and again, fast and super clean. We would highly recommend Chris and his company!

    Quick and effective tree pruning

    Chris is a really nice and knowledgeable guy. He was quick to respond, provided an on-site detailed and reasonable quote, then scheduled and completed the work within a few weeks. The work was well done, they cleaned up afterwards, and we were very happy with the final results. We would certainly call Chris again if we needed more work done.

    Arborist: RESIDENTIAL TREES

    Chris Brown, Master Arborist, is a delightful, professional, kind, reasonable, fair contractor who knows his craft. He is patient, clean, and tidy. Chris takes pride in his work and reputation.     Tree pruning, removal and stump grinding

    Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward, great service, easy to work with and priced fairly are just a few words to describe Chris from Higher Place Tree Care. He took the time to answer all of my questions and left my property spotless! I would hire him again and I would not hesitate to refer him to others.     Hedge stump removal was top notch

    Grinding of hedge stumps was required before a fence can be installed. Nearby utilities were professionally handled with no issues. Chris even removed some extra roots with an axe. We're happy with the work.

    Top notch professionals!

    Chris was on time for his initial meeting with me and was very friendly and very knowledgeable. His quote was reasonable and in line with other quotes I received but his professionalism and knowledge was what set him apart. Their quote was accurate and reflected everything we discussed. It was also sent to me promptly. They squeezed me in and did an excellent job. The job was executed flawlessly. The site was cleaned up thereafter.     Tree removal and pruning

    Within one day of my service request, Chris was able to come to my house and remove a tree on my property line that was causing damage to a neighbour's yard. Within half an hour, the tree was gone, along with a smaller tree beside it that would have had future problems. Great cleanup as well. While he was here, I asked about an overgrown Russian olive tree and he pruned it too. Very happy with the service. I will have him back in the spring to complete the stump grinding.
