    replaced my upstairs and family room carpets with engineered hardwood

    Thank you, Homestars, for connecting me with Unique Flooring. Monica at the front desk was always responsive and knowledgeable and willing to spend time hauling out heavy sample planks for me to look at. In addition, she offered me delicious coffee from the machines the company sells! When other companies told me to pick up samples from the manufacturer, Monica arranged for one container of planks to be delivered to Unique Flooring. After I had seen how the planks looked on the floor, she returned them to the manufacturer without any cost to me. Floor layers Csaba and Enis did an efficient, speedy, and professional job of replacing my upstairs and family room carpets with Fuzion engineered hardwood. Csaba was always politely efficient, showing skills that come from experience. Enis, the young self-proclaimed sanding master, had an engaging client interaction manner, and was refreshingly proud of his work. Gabor, the personable owner, came to our home to check out progress as the flooring was being laid. I recommend this company with no reservations.

    Kitchen floor installation

    I contacted Unique Flooring to replace my kitchen tile. I had 4 very large cracked tiles. Because I did not want too much disruption/demolition, I wanted a luxury vinyl tile installed on top of the existing ceramic floor. Gabor came and did the measurements and spoke of the scope of the job and explained the process. Monika, at the showroom, showed me various tile options. I was able to see my selected options at home in my space. Finally, Csaba came and did the installation. I am very happy with the service and installation. I hired them again to do the same at my garage entryway tiled floor. I definitely recommend Unique Flooring. I have attached before and after pictures.

    Hardwood

    It was a real pleasure to work with Unique Flooring. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring need, their service and quality of work is exceptional. Monika is extremely polite, knowledgeable,easy to talk to.She she takes her time to explain everything in detail, without pressuring you at all . Their customers service is really outstanding, I would use Unique Flooring again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to everyone. Very impressed and happy I found them

    Hardwood Repair and Installation

    We have a 100+ year old home that we are renovating. We installed hardwood with another installer that ended up being un-level. Unique Flooring assessed the situation, practically approached what could be done (balancing cost and benefit) and proposed taking up select sections of hardwood, levelling the floor and installing new hardwood. We then sanded and stained the entire area, trying to match the stain in another room of our home. Unique Flooring was detail oriented, careful and patient in its approach and the result was excellent. We would definitely use Unique Flooring again and we customers w high expectations !

    Hardwood Flooring Installation

    I'd 100% recommend Unique Flooring. The experience with the installation of our hardwood was exceptional. I went with Unique Flooring as their customer support / service was excellent from quote to post-installation. The people at Unique both on the sales side and installation side ensure that you are happy all the way through from the start of the project to the end.

    Excellent Experience

    We purchased our new hardwood for our home from Unique Flooring GTA. We found a lot of quality options to select from at their showroom. They were very helpful in explaining the differences in products that ultimately got us to select our hardwood for our budget and design. Unique Flooring GTA also did the installation for us. From leveling our old floor framing, to ensuring hardwood boards had good spacing from seams, their quality of works was excellent. Also, their team was a pleasure to have in our house. They showed up on time and completed the project on schedule. We would highly recommend Unique Flooring GTA and use them again in the future.

    Hardwood & Vinyl Flooring + Staircases

    Unique Flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with! Monika is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to show me all the hardwood and vinyl flooring and helped me decide the best flooring for my new house. Csaba is a genius! He knows everything about flooring. As soon as I met him, I knew I had nothing to worry about! I appreciated the final walk through Gabor and Monika did. Gabor made sure I was 100% satisfied. It has been more than 6 months since the flooring was put in and it looks incredible! This is an honest company. They charged me exactly what they quoted me for and finished on time. They are 100% worth the money!

    Luxury vinyl floor installation

    We recently had Unique Flooring install Luxury vinyl planks throughout our entire house and couldn't be happier with the results. Gabor, Monika and the entire team did a fantastic job right from the start of the project to the end. Our questions were answered promptly and we appreciated the daily end of day calls to provide us with updates and to address any of our concerns. They were attentive to our needs and accommodated all of our requests. The install team was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and very hard working. We highly recommend them and will be using them again for our stair project in the near future.

    Luxury vinyl flooring

    The customer service at Unique Flooring was outstanding. They helped guide us to choosing the best product for our project. The installers were professional, quick and the finished work was better than we had hoped. A really wonderful experience, as the rooms have been beautifully transformed.
