Our kids accidentally smashed one of our windows while playing. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but we needed to have it replaced right away. This company was very responsive and helpful. They sent a repairman immediately, who fixed and restored it to normal. We also didnt pay much because the fee wasnt costly. thanks a lot

I admire how this company cares so much for its clients. I wanted a storm door installed for our house and hired them to do the job. They were excellent in everything, from customer service to price. The storm door was perfectly installed, and the serviceman cleaned up before leaving.

Window Operator costs under $100, so that means the labour was around $400 for a 1 hour job! First of all its my fault because I did not shop it and just wanted to get it repaired before rain because the operator was rusted and window wouldnt close fully. They did call me back with a quote of over $500+ plus taxes and I did agree. So its my fault for agreeing it. Another funny thing is that they asked for a deposit of $165 so they could pick up the operator, however when the tech came to repair it, he said they have them in stock. I will say the tech did a good job! No complaints but seriously FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace a simple window operator!!!!!!!!!! The manager who was also the tech was very professional and called me to ask what he can do address my concern that they charged so much for labour. I told him that it was my fault for not shopping, but it was ridiculous and he did take $100 off! remember, this is just for the operator, not the whole window!

I had a keyless lock on an outside door that was broken. Called Monaco at 11 am to arrange a service call and the technician was at my home in 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with a new locking system much better than what I had. It was expensive, but I am happy with the quality of the product. The technician was extremely courteous and efficient. Would work with this company again if I ever need assitance with locking systems.

This is the third time we have used Monaco for window and door replacement as we are updating our home little by little. Each time Monaco has presented on time, professionally, and with a competitive quote. The gentlemen who installed the windows and trim for our most recent project were so professional and diligent. We are very happy with the workmanship and service. I recommend this company highly.
