I had Al and Mario come over to replace a sliding door. They were able to fix my door very quickily and identify the problem right away! Both were very honest and kind people. Will go back to them for any future window and door service.

Had to do a basement window - Monaco was the fastest response time and Ron was great in his assessment and helped pick an appropriate window. He measured quickly and the communication and installation process was great the whole way through. Al and Mario were absolutely great to deal with in installation, very kind, efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mario and Al were professional, courteous, and detail oriented. Knowledgeable contractors that were diligent, polite, and organized. Each stage was executed with focus from removing the old steel doors and casing while salvaging the interior oak trim, to installation of the new doors. They took their time and levelled the doors with the framework and installed the hardware with precision. The casing, flashing, and caulking was done with pride. See photos. Great work! Installed May 11th.

As a preface, you cannot post a review without proof of service, so this companys lack of accountability should also turn you off. The lack of professionalism and communication from the main office should have sent us to another company. We were wanting a new bay window and were given 3 different installation dates before their crew finally arrived. They were unaware of the facing we had asked for and did it anyway, leaving a mess of a window behind. They had also installed one window bigger than the rest, trying to hide it by putting it in the middle. We were told we would have the job redone and the bigger window replaced. After sending the same crew, we were left with facing that was not the colour we had asked for and although somewhat better than the previous job, still not up to the standards I would have expected for the many positive reviews I had read and the money were be charged. After expressing our discontent the second time, the office manager argued with my husband even claiming that he could not see that the caulking didnt match the facing (see pictures provided). Not sure if peoples standards are so low that their reviews did not actually reflect the workmanship on their particular installations or if the poor treatment and horrible window we were left with was a result of something else!

Needed to replace old and non-opening kitchen windows. The quote was reasonable and the timing from final measurement to installation was right on schedule. The professional installers, Al & Mario, made sure the floors and counter were protected and they did the job efficiently. They were polite, respectful and informative about the workings of our new windows. The windows look amazing inside and outside and we can't wait to open them when the weather permits. Definitely recommend this company and will use again when needed.

We have 3 windows that are leaking so badly and they really did a very good job on changing them and putting a really nice moulding on the surrounding . I highly recommended them for a really nice and neat worked done.

I was thoroughly impressed with everything from start to finish . Prompt to answer the call and send someone out to give us an estimate. After placing order my doors were installed in a week! Installation went smoothly, very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend .

Although there was a mix up in the original service date. The window was replaced today. Quick and easy replacement by a knowledgeable service technician. Looks great.

Monaco Windows did a great job replacing our old doors. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, arrived on time to take measurements and offered different options for the patio doors. They were competitive with their pricing and their delivery times were much better than what others offered. The installation team arrived on time. They replaced both doors quickly and took care of all the small details. They were very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend them for your next home project.

We found out about Monaco Windows and Doors through reading some online reviews, and we decided to hire them for replacing our front and patio doors. I have to say they did not disappoint. From the initial consultation to the final install, the team at Monaco Windows & Doors were very professional and their attention to detail was outstanding.
