    Install or repair bathroom fixtures: Replacement; Sink
    I hired Hudson Service Group to replace a bathroom sink. They responded quickly and got the appointment scheduled within a day. The technician arrived on time and did a great job with the install. The pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

    Repair or maintain heating system: No problem - regular maintanance...
    The initial boiler routine maintenance and a bathtub drain replacement were completed within the scheduled time window. A later appointment was arranged to replace a leaking bathtub faucet. The first scheduled visit was cancelled by Hudson due to an emergency repair. The appointment was then rescheduled. During the rescheduled visit, the technician did not arrive within the scheduled time window and later attended the property but left without completing the work or contacting me, despite prior instructions to call if there were any questions. During the boiler maintenance, I mentioned one heating zone was not working. The technician was unable to identify the affected zone without guidance. I contacted the office and was advised someone would follow up, but this did not occur as indicated. When I later spoke with the office, Hudson acknowledged the scheduling issue and made a genuine effort to offer a goodwill resolution.

    Repair or maintain heating system: Boiler service and Hydronic Hot...
    We had a good experience with HSG. Their tech was able to discuss with us, our list of service and repair details we had outlined and then reviewed with us the best manner and order to deal with the issues and requirements. We very much appreciated that dialog as it helped us to decide to hire HSG for the work. Our estimates were very realistic and the final costs were well within those estimates. Knowledgeable team.

    Shower fix

    We've had Hudson Group in twice now. Both Techs were friendly and Professional. The second time in was to fix an older shower faucet, which proved to be a bit of a mystery. Brent's ego did not stop him in contacting other techs to help solve the problem, which they did. He also gave me some tips to maintain our fixtures. Plus he introduced us to their Service Program, which we will use to save on future projects.

    Yearly maintenance service

    Can't recommend them enough. Had them install a new furnace and AC unit two years ago. Just had a yearly maintenance, they were wonderful as always. I've emailed them a few times over the years in regards to a few different question and they've always gotten back to me promptly.

    Tankless Water Heater

    Hudson Service Group's team of professionals are pleasant and hard working. The annual maintenance is the best way to not have to worry about our major purchases and give us peace of mind. We have had 3 great services so far with Hudson and will continue to trust them with our needs in the future.

    Leaking pipe in wall

    Mitch and Amber came to my home to repair a leaky pipe in my ceiling today. They came just a few hours after I called and had it fixed within a short period of time. I found them both very professional, and pleasant to deal with. After dealing with other companies I would highly recommend Hudson service group. -Linda Wiens
