A later appointment was arranged to replace a leaking bathtub faucet. The first scheduled visit was cancelled by Hudson due to an emergency repair. The appointment was then rescheduled. During the rescheduled visit, the technician did not arrive within the scheduled time window and later attended the property but left without completing the work or contacting me, despite prior instructions to call if there were any questions. During the boiler maintenance, I mentioned one heating zone was not working. The technician was unable to identify the affected zone without guidance.
I contacted the office and was advised someone would follow up, but this did not occur as indicated. When I later spoke with the office, Hudson acknowledged the scheduling issue and made a genuine effort to offer a goodwill resolution.
