    Prompt Friendly Professional service

    When my hands free faucet malfunctioned and I had to turn the water supply off in my kitchen, I messaged Hudson Service Group who called me within the hour that evening They arranged for a tech to come out the next day, gave me a small window for when they woukd arrive and followed up with an email The next day they messaged me that the tech was on their way and included a photo so I would know who to expect The tech installed a new faucet in a timely manner, was friendly and professional and offered helpful suggestions for maintenance in my home This type of customer service is rare today and I so appreciate having a company I can count on Will definitely reccomend and call on Hudson Service Group again

    Quarterly Inspection

    This company regularly inspects our broiler system in our strata building. They are prompt, professional and always give great service value for our dollar. As this is regular maintenance, they also give us prior notice reminders for their arrival for the inspections. GREAT Company!

    HVAC

    We are extremely satisfied with this company. They did a great job and everything was completed on time. The company also followed up after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied. One thing that stood out was that this firm will take care of all warranties. They also assist with the application for rebates. They also found more rebates that we hadn't known about, This added $2000 to the money we will get back. This was a very good experience. We can highly recommend Hudson Service Group.

    New furnace & AC, replace poly b pipes

    Had new furnace and AC installed as well as replaced the poly b pipes. Everything was great from start to finish. Clear quotes, came when they said they would and cleaned up when complete. And make applying for rebates simple. Would definitely use them again.

    They earned the title "my go-to contractor"

    My water tank was due to be replaced and I called these guys to do a quote for a tankless hot water system - they came quickly did a quote, did the install quickly and efficiently and stuck to the quote! This year they came back for a FREE maintenance inspection. I mentioned an unrelated plumbing issue and they were quick to trouble shoot, provide a quote and do the repair! These guys are professional, prompt, issue quotes that mean something and have earned the title of 'go-to contractor' in my household!

    kitchen faucet

    Service from the initial contact to the final completion of the job was courteous and professional. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were also prepared with all the necessary parts for the install. I very much appreciated the explanation given whenever a question was posed. Will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them.

    Product and service

    They provide warranty work on my hot-water tank In a very timely and professional manner and explained In a very detailed way what they were doing every step of the way letting us now when the techs were on their way.

    Difficult Plugged Sewer Pipes Cleared

    Five Star thank you to Jacob and Travis! We had a plugged sewer issue last week that was difficult to unplug and involved some old sewer pipes of 1935 vintage. The guys persevered and were successful late Friday afternoon and saved the day! This is in stark contrast to another local plumber who will remain nameless that charged nearly twice as much without unplugging the sewer and told us we would need to tear up the floors to fix the problem which would have cost many thousands of dollars. I would definitely hire these guys again!!

    Replaced Hot Water Tank & PRV

    The Hudson Group provided excellent service Workers were very professional, arrived when they said they would. Did a great job installing everything & cleaning up the old stuff. Office staff was very prompt with questions & quotes and they work to be competitive with other companies in their field to get your business. We have no hesitation recommending the Hudson Group
