We needed replacement of our windows on the front of our home. Consumer Direct was recommended to us from a neighbor. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of our experience with this company. They promptly came out and gave us an estimate. We were told how many weeks it would take to have the windows made and we were pleasantly surprised when they called about a month early saying they were made and ready to install. The installation was quick and professional. We were completely satisfied and would definitely use Consumer Direct again.

I know it's only been a couple of months since the installation, but the place looks great, the work looks great, and they left the place in great shape, and the one day installation was perfect!

Installers were on time and friendly - got right down to work. After a couple of small glitches (when shutter put back on, window would not open - had to be fixed later), work was completed and I'm quite satisfied. I would highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors.

I am very happy with my products that I purchased with the company the insatller who did my entry door was very professional and took his time to make sure the door was perfect.

I called David to give me an estimate on new windows. He was patient and kind. He didnt mind coming back when I had more questions. The install was great the team of guys that did the install where friendly and polite. They even sat with my daughter and had lunch with her. We love our windows!

From the initial walk through with Dennis and choosing our products, to the final installation, we could not have been happier. The sales team was great to handle all of our requests and questions.
