Met with Jerry to discuss windows and doors throughout the house. Very friendly and informative and provided our family with a quote that day. Company was very fast to book me once my windows arrived, got installed that week. The crew that came was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They were rolling work carpets out to limit the mess and kept their worksite very clean. The crew consisted of 4 guys, all of which were smiling and laughing all day. Seemed like a very positive crew. They basically had an assembly line going. Everyone knew their task and it was very impressive watching them work. The attention to detail was unbelievable, especially the finishing touches. They have only completed the windows but we are really looking forward to seeing the doors when they arrive. Fantastic job and would definitely recommend.

David made the process of getting our windows replaced, pleasant and easy. David visited us multiple times to ensure we had all the options available to us with the pricing, before we made our decision on style and colour. Windows were manufactured and installed on time. 20 windows done in 1 day, I didnt believe David when he told me it would be a 1 day job! Ivan and his crew were professional, respectful of our home and friendly; these guys really enjoy their work! I couldnt be happier with the upgrade and how much nicer our home looks. I had been thinking of changing my windows on my main floor for a while. Call consumer direct windows and doors. Met with Jerry. He was amazing Super knowledgeable. Told me all my options, informed me about the grant program. I met with a few other companies and Jerry was the best price! When it came to installation they were very clean and fast. I was super impressed. I already recommended them to a few people and i will keep doing so!

I called Consumers Direct on a reference by a Neighbour. I found them very Professional and Courteous. I placed the order for the windows and someone was sent to remeasure the windows. When the Windows were ready, their Installers called and made an appointment to come and change them out. The installers showed up on time and they too were very Professional and Courteous. The windows were replaced and they kept their work area clean. I was very happy with them and would definitely refer them to friends and use them again.

David came to the house for the consultation, he brought samples, professionalism and years of knowledge. He let us know which windows needed to go and which ones could stay and the approximate prices. This will be our first winter with our new windows, so I do not have an opinion on the winter efficiency. David also let us know about the energy rebates to help us with the cost of the windows. The only hassle was scheduling the install. We were delayed because of inclement weather. Once the weather leveled out, we were rescheduled several times due to the contractors availability. In order to get ready for install, we had to move furniture, window coverings and take time off of work so we could be home. Once the contractors came, it was very smooth and they did a great job. The consultation and deposit was in October. Our windows arrived and ready early February, install was in May. It's October again and I'm still waiting for my rebate check from Energuy (check is NOT up to Consumers, It's Energuy that handles the rebates). Overall, we are very happy with our new windows. We definitely recommend Consumers Direct windows.

We had a very positive experience with David and Consumer Direct team. We got a very good quote from David for 7 windows. He also mentioned about the various rebates that are available. We went ahead with our order, and there was a long wait due to the pandemic, however it was finally installed and we are very happy with the finished product.
