    New windows

    What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. David was a great help advising on what type of windows to choose for my needs and budget and at a good price. Installers did a great job and and went the extra mile by hanging my window coverings back up for me. Next year I will use them again to replace my front door. Sharon M

    Replacement windows

    Peter did an excellent job. He takes great pride in his work and made sure that our bay window looked up to his standards. Very happy with how all three of our windows look. Shoutout to Dave, our sales rep for his suggestion to change our kitchen window from a slider to an awning window.

    Excellent Service

    From the beginning the rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We had 4 casement windows installed and are quite pleased with the finished product. The installers were on time and very professional. The installed windows look amazing and the quality of work was well worth the money. I would definitely use Consumer Direct Windows for any future upgrades or replacements.

    Windows and Doors

    This company is the best they treated us with love and kindness. There customer service was fantastic would recommend this company too everyone. David was a pleasure very kind and made our transition for new windows and doors an ease. He was very understanding and patient.     New Sliding Door

    We chose Consumer Direct to replace our poorly designed back garden doors with a bright new slider. We are very happy with the results and the whole process of buying and installing the door. Jerry and Consumer Direct came very highly recommended by many people in the Brooklin community. We are now looking to get our front door replaced by them as well.

    Patio door and main door

    Had my front door and patio door done with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. Installation was quick and flawless. The salesmen David was easy to get a long with and came up with nice designs. Job came in under expected price. We are very happy.

    Windows

    I called a few companies and Consumer Direct price point was right in the middle. We choose to do business with them because they seemed to be the most hands on and answered all my questions. The installers took a lot of pride in their workmanship and the end result looks beautiful. One of the windows has a round top transom and was very difficult to install but they did a great job. The salesmen David was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

    Windows and Doors

    Updated main floor windows and patio door. After many quotes and show room visits, I went with Consumer Direct because their product seemed to be the best bang for my buck. David was extremely professional, knowledgeable, had many great suggestions and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Installation went very smoothly, Dale and his team were quick and clean. I would highly recommend Consumer Direct and was happy to refer them to friends and family members. Don

    Door

    David came to my home and I ordered a and paid the deposit on June 20th for a front door. The end of July I called him to cancel because I took a door from another company. He said I could not because the 10 days to cancel passed and the door was already ordered and the finance company would spoil my credit if I didn't honor my agreement. So cancel the other door. Around August 4th he called me that the manufacturer couldn't make the door the way I ordered it so they wanted me to change the design. I said no they need to honor their agreement. He send me a text that they cancel the order and refund my money. People DO NOT deal with these people. I repeat DO NOT DEAL with this company.

Your request to cancel came 5 weeks after the initial order and your product was already in production. As it turns out, one of the options you requested is no longer available and we were able to cancel your order on that basis. As you stated, you were unwilling to compromise on your design. We thought it was the right thing to do to honour your original request, cancel your order and provide a full refund. In any event if you would like to proceed, we would be more than happy to reinstate your order. Please contact David directly.     Replaced all my windows and doors

    We had all of our windows and doors replaced by Consumer Direct and we couldn't be happier! We were a little nervous about the buying process because we didn't know much about the product. David was very knowledgeable about the products and styles and helped us to find high quality windows and doors that fit within out budget. With respect to installation, Dale and team were courteous, professional and on-time. Our house looks so much more beautiful now, and we've increased our resale value by twice what we paid. I highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors.
