We used this company to replace our shower, initially everything seemed fine from the surface. However they never caulked the shower drain, so every time we were using the shower water was falling onto the ceiling of our bathroom one floor down. Julian came back to fix the shower, he did try and say the water damage wasn’t from their work originally, as when the shower was running no water would flow. We eventually realized there needed to be weight in the shower for the flood to happen, so It ended up being their fault which he admitted to. Now we are left with a hole in the ceiling of our second floor bathroom which was caused by this company, and Julian is not responding to any message asking when he would come fix it (months now). Considering basic plumbing steps were not followed, I am left with a hole that I need to bring a new contractor in to fix, would not recommend for plumbing jobs. Julian was good to deal with, until he ghosted me.

We hired Elitecore Construction to replace the terribly damaged vinyl flooring in our basement with large 24x48" tiles. We also needed this work to be completed within a very tight time-line. Julian and Marcel did a phenomenal job! Their work is very neat and clean. The tiles are laid out evenly and lengthwise which makes the area look spacious. The concrete floor also required leveling in certain areas before the tiles were laid. We also ran into an unexpected issue - the city needed to repair our water meter which was hidden behind a box-like panel made of dry wall and metal frames. The panel had a very small opening which wasn't wide enough for the city to make the repairs. So the box-panel had to be broken down to expose the meter for the repairs to be completed. Julian came up with a better solution -- he custom-made a removable box-panel to hide the meter in our finished basement. If future repairs are required the panel can be unscrewed easily from either side and reattached. Julian was our main point of contact. It was a pleasure to work with him! He is calm, has a very positive attitude and energy, and is a good problem solver. He also responds promptly to our calls/texts. Both Julian and Marcel are very considerate while they work - they clean up the work site as they go and try to limit the chaos of a renovation to the work site. They completed the work on time (some days they worked very late to meet the deadline). They work hard, and take a lot of pride in their work. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Elitecore! Renos are quite stressful in general. But with Elitecore, the stress was significantly alleviated. You can trust that they will complete the job beautifully, on time and within a reasonable budget. They have certainly made repeat customers out of us. Thank you very much, Julian and Marcel! Julian was a pleasure to deal with; he was honest, hardworking and professional. We hired him to do a full house renovation including ceilings, flooring, painting and 3 bathroom remodels. Him and his crew were present everyday and on time. Julian took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had and was very accommodating to any request we had that fell outside of the original scope of work. Once the job was completed and completely paid, he continued to come by to fix any adjustment that were needed after we moved in. And while our whole house looks great, we were very impressed with how skilled he is in the installation of large format tiles, which can be challenging. Julian is a highly trustworthy contractor and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to work with a professional. His team is highly skilled in the installation of large format tiles, and created a beautiful bathroom.

Julian and the team were amazing! They replaced our old tub & shower. Once they removed the old tub, they also cleaned up the subfloor, insulation and wooden studs going above and beyond the original scope. The subway tiles look amazing, with a great niche cut out, really impressed with the tile work. Really happy with their work, and they were great at keeping the project clean throughout the week. Cant recommend enough!

Julian went above and beyond even when working with clients who were being indecisive. He gave great advice about potential pitfalls for the things we had in mind and was realistic about how much work could be done within a week. Julian knows his stuff.

We would highly recommend Julian and his crew from Link Renovation. They demolished our 35 year old, 700 square-foot wooden deck and replaced it with a beautiful deck of similar size built with composite decking completing it in August 2023. This company was knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and very hard-working. They went above and beyond to ensure the deck met our needs. We are extremely pleased with the end result and enjoy entertaining on our new deck. Thank you Julian and your crew.

Julian obviously knew what he was doing when tiling my bathtub wall. The two Colombian workers were friendly and pleasant to have around. His work looks beautiful and really perks up the room. He hired competent plumbers and all facilities work well. However, when applying the mosaic tiles, he did not raise them to the level of the thicker 1' x 2' tiles. He had to remove and redo some of his work, which he did cheerfully. Also, his clean-up was subpar; my whole apartment was covered in wallboard dust.

We hired Link Renovation to build some new fence for us. Julian was professional, timely, and delivered quality work. Communication is key and Julian kept us informed and up to speed. We are extremely happy with the work completed. Big thanks to Julian and team.

We were very happy to find Julian and his cohort for our home project. They finished the work in timely manner and a reasonable budget. However the more impressive part was the quality and the dedication Julian showed in his work. He is a perfectionist and very transparent, so you get that level of confidence working with this team. I will be looking fwd to have some more home projects completed with him in the near future. Great job and of course, highly recommended.
