Julian and his team did an excellent job fixing our deck (removing extra set of steps, sanding, staining etc.) and replacing our fence. He is extremely reliable, showed up when he said he would and did the job just as expected and on time. Julian's quotes are very reasonable. We got estimates from 4 vendors prior to him and he worked out the best and provided quality service. We are so pleased with his work that we already have a few more jobs lined up for him.

Julian and team did an excellent job of removing the old deck and installation of a new deck. Julian also did some insulation which meant removing the existing laminate and wood underneath and I was amazed that he did so without damaging the laminate. They were punctual and kept me informed on the procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing renovations done inside and outside the home.

Julian and his Link Renovation crew did a great job rebuilding our 25 year old cedar deck. Julian was able to match the custom woodwork and install the copper details and glazed railings. Contract adjustment for structural repair were reasonable and professionally handled. He provided solutions to make modifications that we requested. He started and finished on time and closed out deficiencies quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Link renovation for your next project.

Julian and team did a great job on replacing our old backyard deck. They removed the existing deck, worked with us to design the new deck, and built the new one in a timely fashion. Importantly, Julian was open to suggestions and minor modifications during the process and always said “yes” to our reasonable requests. They cleaned up the work site very well afterwards too.
