    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    Dealing with Avas was a pleasure, they came on time and did good clean work replacing the faucet hardware in my shower. Dealing with them was a pleasure, and cheaper than a few other plumbers I called.

    The person did a fine job

    The contractor did a fine job of repairing the pipes under my sink. Only of the drains for the sink had to be repaired. The person did a fine job. and the building Superintendent was quite pleased with the work that was done. I would hire these people again if I needed this type of work to be done. I will attach a photo of the work that was done.

    Sodering Brass Pipe in Condo

    Needed Sodering done, didn't want to absorb the risk, Avas was first to respond, good communication, highly recommended.

    Leak coming from 2nd floor bathroom

    Had a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. Michael wasted no time in getting his man Joe to come by to check it out. Joe was a pro in every sense. Came in, found the problem and fixed it quickly. No fuss no mess. Thanks guys. Will be using you from now on.

    Top marks, simply excellent and wonderful customer relations

    Who you goona call? Had a leak in the basement, as usual search for recommendations at Homestars which i usually do when there is a home repair. I am going to call Avas Plumbing and i scored big. Michael came the same afternoon and accessed the leak and was able to fix it with his team the next day. Highly recommended, you wont regret calling Avas Plumbing. thanks maichael

    Kitchen Faucet Geyser

    Chatted throughout Thursday with Michael from Avas Plumbing regarding my issue. He researched my model (Pfister) and was upfront about whether the problem could be easily fixed. He even offered a compromise to install a temporary faucet while we waited for a new order to be delivered. He sent one of his associates Joe this morning to look at the problem. He quickly deduced that it was an O-ring that had come loose under the gasket and was able to fix it within minutes. Michael even followed up an hour later to ask for my level of satisfaction for the service, and even knocked off $30 from the cost. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent service and customer relationship

    I contacted Michael for an emergency repair: the drain between the kitchen the sewage broke, leaving us without the possibility to use the sink or the dishwasher. Michael was quick to respond, offered to come within the hour to assess the problem, suggested affordable and practical solutions, and started the work the very next day we agreed to it. We also appreciated the way Avas plumbing team explained us each steps of the project, discussed with us and adapted to change of plan or unforeseen complications. The quality of the work performed is up to our expectation.

    Leaking shower pipe

    Notice water was leaking through the ceiling. Found it was related to the upstairs shower. Posted on homestars for assistance to fix the leak. Avas Plumbing was able to come within 24hrs of me posting the ad. The individual I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. The person that came to fix the leak took his time to both locate and fix the leak. I requested that the person who would come to house is vaccinated and was told their whole staff is double vaccinated. I now have other home renovations such as electrical work. Most likely will go through Avas again.

    Urgent plumbing fixture replacement/upgrade

    The shutoff valve was leaking and the city shut off the water supply late Friday. I am glad that I found Avas Plumbing and spoke to Michael about the issue. Recognizing that I won't have any water until the problem is fixed, Michael made it a priority to send one of his plumbers, Joe, to replace the shutoff valve and address other plumbing issues on short notice. The job was done well and on time, I found Michael and Joe to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call upon them again should I encounter any plumbing issues in the future.
