A pleasure to deal with. They replied promptly to the service request. Asked the right questions to understand what was required. Gave a price and kept to it. Turned up when they said they would. Did a nice neat job and followed up the same evening to make sure all was ok. I will deal with them again.

Working with Micheal from Avas was a breeze. Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the issue. The pipe under our kitchen sink was completely rotted out! Avas supplied and Installed a new kitchen basket strainer and brass tail piece. We’re thrilled with the service we received and will be using this company again in the future. Thanks Micheal!

Avas Plumbing did a fantastic job for us installing our new tub, and replacing our plumbing for our shower as part of our bathroom renovation. They were prompt, clean and tidy, efficient and charged a fair price. We are really pleased with the results of their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home plumbing services.

We had a leak that was identified by our home inspector who said it was likely the gasket that needed to be replaced in the toilet upstairs. The upstairs toilet and basement toilet was also loose. We sent out requests for quotes and Michael was the first to respond. At first we were not sure about Avas because they didn't have many reviews (they had good reviews) but once we found out that they were a new company established in 2021, we decided to give them a try. Micheal had his plumber Joe arrive around 9am to do the work. Joe then installed a new gasket and tighen toilet on the upstairs washroom and tighten the basement toilet. He also put toilet paper at the base of the toilet to check for leaks. We also had concerns there was dripping sounds in the living room when we ran the shower. And so Joe ran the shower and gave us the confidence there was no leaks because of it were a leak, we were see dripping water (it would be obvious). I'm happy I chose Avas Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Excellent work, in and out quickly at a fair price. Technician Was a nice guy, easy to talk to, professional, and all business. Highly recommend and will call back for future service needs.

I had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired ASAP. I requested quote from Homestars and Michael contacted me. He sent out Joe who did an amazing job. The work area was cleaned after the job was completed. The price for the job was reasonable. I would definitely hire Avas plumbing again as I had a positive experience.

Michael is very responsive by email text and phone very easy to deal with questions job descriptions etc also received a follow up call to check how everything went great customer service Needed a few jobs completed installing a new faucet on a pedestal sink not simple - fixed a couple of leaks cleaned some drains and just getting our plumbing in top shape Joe was our technician and he was extremely helpful knowledgeable and did an awesome job on everything I would not hesitate to recommend Avas for any plumbing needs
