We needed a roof replacement and used Homestars to find a solution. All the companies who provided estimates were excellent, so choosing a company was a difficult decision.
We chose Elite Roofing Inc. and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Before any work began, Flori walked us through exactly what to expect — the materials being used, the timeline, and each phase of the project — so there were no surprises along the way.
This communication continued during the job. I saw photo updates as the work progressed, so I knew exactly what was happening up on the roof. The crew showed up when they said they would, stayed on schedule, and completed the job within the timeframe they quoted.
Everyone on the team was courteous and professional throughout, and it was clear they knew their craft. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and without any pressure. The site was left clean and tidy once the work was done.
