With the recent wind storms causing concern, Flori’s quick response and impeccable timing were truly appreciated. He set clear expectations around timing, maintained great communication throughout, and offered a reasonable price. He was personable, professional, and even took the initiative to fix a nearby fascia that was coming loose - something we hadn’t noticed ourselves. He said it was ice dam buildup and said ice needed to be removed from eavestrough. The quote was fair and within 2 days, someone came to do the job. He explained in detail why we were getting the leaks. We have since had attic insulation put in to hopefully help prevent ice damming in the future.
