Goodridge Contracting is exceptional. They completed custom millwork in my office and living room, along with various design projects such as painting, lighting installation, and more. Their quality is outstanding, communication is clear, and pricing is fair. I highly recommend them.

Matt and his team were able to help me with many things in my new home, most notably figuring out how to install an instant water heater within my very small vanity and still make it look good and also extending the height of my fence to block a commercial area next door. Matt was very easy to work with, very open to brainstorming ideas and gave me a quote that I felt was reasonable.

We unexpectedly had to dig up 75% of our basement floor concrete to deal with an issue in the soil under our house. Once that was resolved, we needed to have it rebuilt. Since it was already in a state of deconstruction, we decided to make a few changes while putting it back together. Matthew and his team were brilliant to work with. Over the thirty years we have lived in this house, we have had a major renovation/addition and several smaller ones. This was, by far, the most stress-free reno we have ever endured. Matthew was the most communicative, responsive, respectful and kind contractor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. His team were all highly skilled and also respectful and nice to have around. My husband and I do not hesitate in highly recommending Goodridge Contracting.

The project consisted of a complete renovation of a three piece bathroom - with heated flooring, a two piece powder room, removal of popcorn ceiling, installation of LVP flooring, installation of solid oak staircase, a laundry room conversion - with cabinets and a quartz counter-top and marble flooring, which extended into the entry way, installation of a new linear tile fireplace. Painting of all levels of townhome, as well as a kitchen refresh - new backsplash, installation of pot filler, new light fixtures, a new drawer microwave, new drapes, and cabinet handles, a new sink and faucet. Matt was professional throughout the project, he took the time to explain what needed to be done, and offered many suggestions. The sub-contractors that he brought in were very skilled, and I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Goodridge Contracting, and plan to use them in the future.

It was a pleasure dealing with Matthew and his team. Mathew is a great communicator, showed up on time, did the job professionally and cleaned it up completely. I would recommend him without hesitation. I am very pleased.

My parents had an outdated kitchen and tiles in their semi detached home in Mississauga, we called couple of contractors and Matt from Goodridge Contracting had met all the criterias my parents were looking for. Price, experience and customer service. Everything went according to the schedule as Matt had guided them throughout their kitchen renovation. Couldnt be happier with their worksmanship! Matt and his team are excellent! We hired them through a recommendation when a previous contractor bailed on us for a condo bathroom reno. This was our first major reno -- we were replacing the tub with a walkin shower. Matt provided a reasonable quote and schedule for payment. He is honest, straightforward, and communicative. He and his team were patient as well as creative in problem solving issues that arose in a rather old condo. In the end, they did a stellar job. We are very happy with the outcome. As with everything, things take longer than anticipated, but it all worked out wonderfully.
