We had Darby and his team do interior waterproofing last year so that we could finish our basement. Darby was always available to answer any questions we had and also gave us three detailed quote options based on our situation. We paid them to excavate our existing basement floor, install weeping tile around the complete interior perimeter of the foundation walls, and then lay down a gravel base and pour a new wire mesh reinforced concrete slab for the floor. Darby's team was friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves each day and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Even a year later, when we had questions about our basement, Darby was willing to help us out. Mud Monkeys was referred to us by our realtor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in need of reliable waterproofing professionals.

I had work done by Mud Monkeys at a previous residence after a recommendation by a contractor, so am a repeat customer. Here, I had them waterproof the basement walls, with parging and installation of weeping tile, membrane and new window wells. The work was done efficienctly and professionally, and the crew was very easy to deal with. They dealt with the tricky bits working around porches and an air conditioner with no difficulty, and the site was completely cleaned up. I would definitely recommend them.

We had Mud Monkeys waterproof our basement in the fall after several years of small leaks that were getting worse. Darby explained everything very well, and they came when they said they would, and finished on time. They cleaned up so well it was impossible to tell that they had been there! And, most important, no more leaks!! We will have hem back later this year to do a bit more on the front of the house.

I hired Mud Monkeys to waterproof my entire foundation wall (approx. 124 linear feet) from the exterior in September of 2011. After receiving close to a dozen quotes from both waterproofers and plumbers it was Darby's prompt replies and sincerity that made me choose them over the others. Darby and his team get the job done with no hassles. I had a ductless AC unit sitting outside that was in their way but I couldn't figure out how to mount it on the wall without breaking the lines. MM simply dug under it and propped it up on a ledge they built for it. In January of 2012 I was so pleased with MM's work I hired them to excavate my existing basement slab, install a gravel base and pour a new concrete slab. Even though I hired the structural contractor, the plumbers and HVAC guys independently Darby offered to coordinate with them when they were done with their work. MM strapped the hot water heater to the ceiling so that I had hot water for the duration of the job and they also moved my treadmill, boiler, washer and dryer out of the way for me. For my new slab I insisted on a denser 35MPa concrete to make it harder for termites to get it and Darby said he'd order that w/o altering the original quote. I am about to hire a concrete polisher and he was quite pleased with the finish of the new slab. All inquiries or concerns sent by email were promptly answered by Darby by phone. His crew were always on the job on time and cleaned up afterwards. All quotes were accurate.

Darby and his team fixed our basement May last year. They came back in January and fixed another part that needed to be fixed. They are very professional, friendly and reliable. I certainly recommend them. Farah

After having 3 floods in my basement fixed by various people a friend who is a building inspector reccomended MUD MONKEYS. He said that the majority of his clients used them and were very happy. Thank goodness for Darby and his team of professionals. They completed the job in short order and were very neat and tidy while they worked. I was given a 20 year warranty on the work. Darby and his guys were great. There were unforseen delays and they were able to cope with the ever-changing schedule without missing a beat. The attention to detail showed by the guys who worked on the basement was great. Darby was around and always available for questions or concerns.
