We recently hired West Coast Windows to replace all the windows in our home after hearing glowing recommendations from several neighbors. Im happy to say they exceeded our expectations. The project was completed on time, within just two days, and the quality of the windows is outstanding. What stood out most was the professionalism of the installation team. They were not only efficient and polite but also genuinely committed to doing the job right, focusing on quality over speed. The lifetime warranty they offer gives us great peace of mind, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish our experience with Westcoast Windows was nothing but enjoyable. Jason was very thorough in explaining the quote he did for us and we appreciated Jason giving us his time and patience to talk through different options etc. Going to the showroom and actually seeing the quality of the windows and then being able to look down from the showroom onto the factory floor sealed the deal for us. Seeing a local product being made on the factory floor and then seeing the product in the showroom, you could feel and see the quality. As we walked around the showroom with Jason you could tell that Westcoast Windows stood behind what they believed about the quality of their products. The crew were a delight to have a round. Never before have we had such a group of professional tradesmen in our home who were dedicated to making sure they did a great job. They were amazing in the way they interacted with each other, being mindful of one another as they made sure everyone was safe etc and then talking through with clear instructions to each other what the next step was to be. We had some very large windows that were hard to get out but they did it without any mishaps. It was stressful for us as we watched them but we were impressed and reassured by the way they were calm, took their time and confidently knew what they needed to do. That was impressive to watch and hear as usually tradesmen arent known for speaking politely and friendly on a work site when it comes to working with each other! They also worked non stop in the cold and rain, cleaning up at the end of each day and always showed up on time. They were really professional in every way and a credit to Westcoast Windows. Having our windows replaced in the middle of winter was actually fine and as we work from home we were able to work around the crew and visa versa. The house is so much warmer now that weve turned down the heating. Thank you Brock ( General Manager) and to your employees for such a transformation of our house. You have a great Canadian company and we wish you all the best for a strong and stable future.

West Coast Windows made us a beautiful sliding French patio door with a sliding screen. The service was great, the installation was fast and efficient, and the price was a fraction of the one quoted by another company. Although we still need to order blinds and paint the mouldings, we love the way the door looks and functions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend West Coast Windows for any door or window projects.

The team at West Coast did a great job, coming in and consulting, helping us choose which windows to replace, and perfectly matching the trim both inside and outside the house. The work was quick and clean and the team was in and out in half a day.

Two years ago we had West Coast Windows (WCW) replace several windows and a patio door. We were pleased with the quality of the product and the installation process. We just finished having WCW replace the rest of our windows and another patio door. Once again we are pleased with the job WCW did. The WCW product advisor was very helpful in assisting us in picking a window style and glass components that look good, are energy efficient, and provide good noise attenuation of the traffic noise from the busy street adjacent to our home. The installation crew were efficient and did a great job installing the windows, as well as cleaning up the site when their work was done. If you need to replace any windows or patio doors, we recommend you consult with WCW as they have a good range of excellent products, their own installation crews, and provide a great warranty.

We are thrilled we are new windows and patio door from West Coast Windows! The sales representative was very responsive to our requests and offered us a variety of options/costs. The scheduling team was very flexible and able to time the installation with my schedule. The installation team were prompt, worked quickly and completely cleaned up after. They fully explained what they were doing during the installation and gave a very thorough explanation for using the windows and doors. The windows were spotlessly clean when they left!

Given the current supply chain circumstances, delivery was as expected. Excellent installers, windows are beautiful. Changed the whole look of our home!

Very pleased with our new WCW windows and patio door, well manufactured, clean lines, they look good. Comes with screens. Eugene and his team did an excellent job installing, great workers. Everything fitted very well into openings. Rooms feel warmer now, better heat distribution. If they keep out the heat in the summer as advertised, money was well spent. The job was scheduled timely, work was done professionally, All employees were good to deal with.

We decided to replace our doors early in 2022 hoping to have them done by early summer. There was the added complexity of having to bring the replacement 80x96 slider through the house. A solution was found and we proceeded with the order. When the order was confirmed the delivery date was late August when we were out of town. I had a friend represent me and provide access to the installation crew. Trent the installer had questions along the way which were resolved by phone and text and the installation proceeded smoothly. He went the extra mile and replaced the previous oak threshold and stained it to match. Thank you Keith, Trent and the rest of the team
