Reply created 19 Jan 2012Our goal is to ensure we service all our customers to ensure that if something goes wrong, it gets corrected. We produce over 14,000 windows each year and on a very small occasion we run into issues that need to be corrected. In this job we installed 12 windows and two French doors. We had glass quality issues with one window and the correction took longer than we would have expected and of course, longer than you would have liked. The key to our service commitment was to ensure it got corrected no matter how much additional installation labour it cost. Although it took longer than normal the job was completed and your home looks outstanding. We are truly sorry you feel the way you do.
