The experience was great from start to finish. Every contact point was a positive interaction. The work was done efficiently and with high regard for quality. The crew were all fabulous, took the time to speak with us and left our property cleaner than when they arrived. AND...they made sure that I was 100% happy before they accepted my final payment. I need a rating scale that goes up to 11

We selected Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. to repair our leaking roof. They removed 4-5 layers of roofing on the shingled roof and on the flat roof and replaced everything with new roofing materials. They removed our crumbling chimney, re-framed the entire flat roof, added new insulation to replace the inadequate insulation that was found, and replaced/installed two new skylights. We selected them from several companies that quoted us mainly because Jason spent a lot of time with us explaining what they would be doing and what materials they would use on the roof. The crew were very friendly and professional and they did very good work in a short amount of time. Jason was the only one to find the possible cause of our leaking roof, and when they took the roof off, they found all the joists were rotted from the years of trapped moisture. Re-framing the roof was not expected but Jason was able to bring in the necessary trades to complete the job. The quote for the job was received promptly and the price was competitive. We did wait a long time for them to come (several months) but we understand this was due to the rainy summer and the many jobs they have. We are now dry and happy with the new roof. Jason and the team at Canadian Roofing Company did an wonderful job on our flat roof. The previous roof was old, cracked, and worn out. The guys took all of the old roof off, installed a beautiful skylight, and torched on the new roof. This company is meticulous - our front yard was where all of the old roof got thrown down to before they collected it and put it in the truck - they picked up every last piece of tar, gravel, nails, you name it! The team is exceptionally friendly, informative, and very polite. Jason is customer service personified (not to mention extremely professional), always going over in detail what was happening, and what we should expect. When our roof was opened up, they found that 12 out of 14 of our rafters were toast - Jason's contacts with the other trades came in handy here, as he had his carpenter there ASAP, and they worked together to give me a very fair price on this extra job. I would absolutely recommend Canadian Roofing Company to anyone wanting a great product, and personalized, professional customer service to boot! My husband and I are very happy (and dry!!)

I heard a building inspector comment that the new roof on a house that his client was purchasing was a really nice job. Jason did that roof and that is why I hired him. He did a nice job for me also.

This company installs shingles made in Canada. The company is very busy so you'll need to schedule them in to do work in as much advance as possible. The company also replaced our skylight window. It's cheaper to replace that window at the same time as when the roof job is being done.

I had no idea six men could fit on our roof! The entire job was done essentially in one day with just a quick stop by the next day to finish off a few small things. The guys worked non-stop and efficiently - we felt absolute confidence in the process. Incredible attention to keeping everything clean - by the end of the day the place was so spotless, you wouldn't have known any work had been done. A tiny snafu about having the eaves done, as we wanted Jason to coordinate and expedite the process, but all was worked out in the end without hassle. We would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.

We had our roof recently replaced. We attempted to get a few quotes before deciding on Canadian Roofing Company. Bill called me back within 24hrs of my call and scheduled a timely visit to my house at a time that was mutually convenient. He spent some time explaining what needed to be done, and answered all my questions in a patient and thoughtful manner. They then replaced the roof efficiently even though the weather was not on their side. The staff were polite and not only cleaned up our yard everyday, but the neighbour's yard as well. They were reliable, efficient, and hard-working, and Bill kept me up-to-date with regular phone calls thoughout. There were no surprises at the end with the invoice. I highly recommend Canadian Roofing Company.

We had a difficult leaky roof: it was very hard to find the cause of the leak. Jason and his team were excellent, they were professional and diligent. They just kept working the problem until all the design flaws were remedied and the source of the leak was found. They were also very helpful in putting us in touch with the trades required to repair the leak damage. We now have an upgraded, well installed leak proof roof.

I contacted three roofing companies, and Canadian roofing gave the best quote, and Bill Kishonti was the most personable of the roofers i talked with. The work was completed when he said it would be, and there were no surprises - just first class work, done by competent and plesant people. Bill also spotted some strut work that needed doing, and recommended another contractor who performed his work to the same high standard. And Bill called after each stage of the job to see if the work was performed to my satisfaction. A great experience - no wonder they have such high ratings.

We met Jason (CRC)on a roof. Actually he was on the roof, we were grounded. We talked a long time about the neighbourhood etc. Eventually we mentioned that we may need a new roof soon. He gave us his card and invited us to call at any time. The first time we called he was eating dinner with his family, but was patient with our panic has we had a leak. The quote was fair, the workers were polite and went beyond our job to include fixing a noticeable error on our neighbours roof that had just been redone and answered the questions of a concerned new homeowner. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up more mess than they made, kept to their quote and there were no surprises. Thank you Jason and all who worked on our house.
