Installation of new furnace
During a preventive maintenance check on our furnace, the technician noted a broken heat exchanger and tagged out the equipment. We attempted to order the new heat exchanger and ran into multiple problems with communication and poor record-keeping. After several frustrating phone calls through the call centre, I finally got Brian in the Sudbury office. He quickly resolved all my problems, did a thorough investigation of the issue and offered a sincere apology and a few nice perks. As a result, I ended up buying a new furnace instead of replacing the part. The install was handled by Daniel and James, who were efficient, respectful and left a spotless work area. Brian came by during the install to ensure that things were going as planned. Reliance almost lost my business at the beginning, but Brian saved the day with excellent management skills and feedback.
