I called reliance to replace my water tank today. Agent Gurmeet came with the tank He provided good service he was on time as per order , introduce him self and show ID. The work was done in a timely manner and clean up after work finish. He also brought another work from his company His name is Allen who assisted in doing the job. I and my husband is very please with the service that the provide.

We needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Jason Rowe was our salesman. Great guy. There was a scheduling problem at first but he went out of his way to accommodate us. Jeff ( employee 1023) was great. Very professional. Answered all of our questions. Dan(employee 2097) was a good worker. Both were very friendly.. I would recommend them anytime.

After 15 years with another firm, we arranged for a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit with Reliance. Tom arrived completely prepared, answered all of our questions and advised us of all the available rebates we were entitled to. We felt very comfortable with Tom's professional approach, so we decided to go with Reliance after being with another firm for 15 years. Thank you Tom

Gurmeet from Reliance came out and detected a gas leak that was unable to be detected by 4 other service calls. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend his services.

We've never had the luxury of Central Air so when we decided to purchase it we got a couple of estimates. Jason Rowe from Reliance Home Comfort gave us by far the best deal and was able to confidently answer all of our questions. His vast knowledge of the mechanical and technical aspects of the installation gave us the peace of mind to move forward. He made the transaction easy and provided us with all of the information to make an educated decision on financing our purchase. He also was able to arrange the installation date based on my schedule! If you're looking for an honest saleman... hard to find these days... who will put the needs of the customer first, call Jason. It was a great experience!

Tommy Gianitsoplos made an in home visit to discuss the upgrade of my ageing heating and cooling system. His presentation was thorough and highlighted the benefits of upgrading and overall efficiencies to be expected. I believe that with his help the correct decision was made. His follow up call on the day of installation was appreciated.

After purchasing a new furnace in the Fall of 2013, our Air Conditioner wouldn't start. A call to Reliance brought Adam Suthers promptly to our door. Adam solved the problem immediately, the A/C had never been tested when the furnace was installed. Adam also made several helpful recommendations about our unit. Thank you Adam for a job well done!

This error has been corrected I thank the company very much for all there help in correcting this I will recommend you to others in the future. Thank you Glen

On a warm and humid day in late may, our AC did not start. I checked everything i could and then called Reliance. they were prompt to respond , came on time and fixed the issue which was a disconnected connector within furnace. No charge service. Kudos to serviceman R. Knicely. (1568)
