    water heater

    we install tankless unit a month ago and since then we are having problem with it. I called reliance home comfort to fix it since it was a rental unit. 5 of their technichian came and the problem was still not fixed . Today Gurmeet came to fix it and he checked the manual and found their was installation error. He explained me that because of long venting there are switches to adjust for tank to work good. Gurmeet was professional and also inform about new products.

    Air Conditioner & Furnace

    We called first thing in the morning and within 2 hours, Dave O was at our door. He went right to work to find the problem why we had no air conditioning. He we very polite, professional, and efficient. He fixed the furnace and the air in record time. He even cleaned up and disposed of the little mouse that was the cause of our trouble...He answered a couple of questions I had about the function of the furnace and was on his way. I was very happy with Dave... He knows his stuff!

    Water heater emergency service

    Although I was on "hold" for 35 minutes, twice, I managed to get someone booked to service my water heater which died the next morning at 8am. Just a customer service tip on that, how about having the option to "leave your name and phone number" so home reliance can call you back rather than spend so much time on the phone wondering, when the music runs out, is anyone out there? But, Dave Stewart the technician was excellent, very informative, giving me very good tips, booked a free re-installation of new water heater same day. Because I rent, and the flu was done, they replace for free which is great news. Dave took the time to explain my options so I can understand what happened, etc. Also gave me some good tips on how to "work the system" on tuning up my air conditioner...so I took that advice too. I took the $17 a month plan, because my a/c needs tuning...and repairs would be included, and I need that. Then I can decide later if I want to get a more efficient one, or cancel this plan anytime, any month. Dave was genuinely nice, and I felt like he was someone who gave me the lowdown on everything, and was acting in my best interest. Thanks Dave! He also gave me some coupons worth $100-$250 towards an a/c if I want to get a new one, and explained how it can save on my hydro bills in future. So when I am ready to change it, I can use the coupons. Very hard to have trustworthy people in the service industry that will tell you the truth. Dave the technician was great. I did not pay a thing, to get the water heater replaced...other than a rental fee.) So thank you.

    Malfunctioning water heater

    In the morning we didnt have any hot water, so we called reliance. The technician Mohammed Wasay was professional and had found and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes. He explained to us the reason for malfunction and what could be done to prevent it from occurring. Overall, the service was excellent.

    hot water tank

    Wesley lloyd come in and did a great job , replaced defective parts and recommendations ! nice job and great guy , also arrange the dehumifier appointment for us !

    replace Gas Hot Water heater

    I called to report a leaking hot water heater at 10 pm. Although I had to wait on the line for 1 hour, I was able to secure a first morning appointment for the next day. At about 8:15 a.m. a Reliance employee was at my door. Upon entering he donned his boots caps which I appreciated. I would like to commend your employee Sasha #2016 for his quick friendly efficient service. He quickly diagnosed that my heater at 7 years was leaking and needed to be replaced. He was able to cleanly remove my old heater without dripping. He carefully placed the new heater in my drip pan and quickly reconnected everything while politely answering my questions. He showed me how to set the controls and left the work site clean and dry. All this was done with a smile and pride in his work. Thank you Sasha, it was pleasure to meet you and your 'side kick' Kevin. As a rental customer I appreciated this service available with Reliance.

    Air conditioning

    Had the furnace changed in February and AC was never tested, as it was winterized,. Last night we turned on AC for first time and outside unit did not start up. Called Reliance and they sent us a Tech guy within 3 hours. Adam was courtious. friendly and infotmative. We were feeling the cool air within 45 minutes. Thank you Adam for a job well done.

    New A/C Installation

    The reliance home comfort advisor Darius Chichgur was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type and model of A/C to be installed for our home. Darius knew exactly what he needed to do regarding the measurement of the furnace and the surrounding areas. I was impressed regarding follow up from Darius. Darius was able to start the installation of the A/C within 2 to 3 days. I would prefer to deal with Darius in future. Darius is the name you are looking for when you want something from Reliance Home Comfort.Thank you and all the best

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Your customer service was extremely unprofessional as well as totally difficult to deal with. As I had my roof done the exhaust pipe collapsed in my basement. I called and a technician came on Wed. Set up an appt for Friday 7-11 only to find that Dana made it for 10-2. Then when I call Michael tells me they are just running late--not the truth. So his suggestion is to just to pull the pipe out. What about C02 that will enter in the home?????? Asked to talk to a supervisor -- 4 days later still waiting!!!! Technician John was great tho.

    Furnace

    This is recommending Darias Chichgur, as one of the best sales person I have met lately. He was very professional and thorough in his work. He knew what he was proposing and worked out the best deal for my home. He ensured the technicians also do the job rightly and the unit works to perfection. I would recommend Darias to everyone who would need a new Furnace, Water heater or Air conditioner. This man knows his job.
