Wolf and John were awesome. They worked hard and consistently to install my new equipment. They were both extremely polite, professional, pleasant, positive and patient with me. Everything was well explained to me and I feel very secure with the work they did. I had the impression that their goal was not only to do a great job but to make the customer feel comfortable with what they were doing. Thanks again Reliance for continued good service people.

This project started in Sept/13 when I contacted Reliance H C about a tankless hot water system (and 2 other contractors, who refused to quote!). Betty the service rep returned the call, attended the following day and provided all the information and confidence I needed to sign the contract. We also discussed various options to replace the existing outdoor furnace. The technical staff installing both products were friendly, professional and candid in answering my questions. My wife and I were pleased with the experience. JV

The things you don't want to hear, a relatively new builder home with furnace needing replacement at 12 years. Freezing cold temperatures this winter. After a neighbor alerted me to my very cold home (13C) while I was away in the sunny south, some research online lead me to Reliance Home Comfort. Fast and friendly well informed and educated online staff and timely call back had the RHC rep arriving at my door about the same time as my car was cooling in the driveway from the long return from Florida, that's service! thanks Jason who provided excellent service, call backs, email check ins plus lots of time to talk about pricing, options for payment, education, rebates and did go the extra mile, something that doesn't happen anymore. In the end a new multi-staged furnace with appropriately sized AC for the square footage has the house not only warming more evenly and fast but I am sure the summer will be the same with more efficient cooling. I couldn't be happier with the services and certainly Jason kept things moving right along from the initial order to the installation, fast, friendly, respectful techs and then follow up. Definitely a 5* job and a satisfied customer, thanks RHC and especially Jason, great job.

I called Reliance on Tuesday because Enbridge disconnected my gas to water tank . I didn't have hot water and this issue was urgent for us. First time Reliance representative came and we showed him problem. Without listening properly what happen to our water system he immediacy started pushing me to buy furnace, AC and water tank. I felt not much good about that , So, finally he left and I was thinking to deal with another company... After4 hours another person from Reliance came. He checked everything and then politely explained me in detail what happen and what are my options. His name is Gurmeet. He is very knowledgeable and he helped me to figure out how to resolve the problem occurred and gave me good advice. Thank You Gurmeet and when you left I decided to go with Reliance feeling confident that we will get reliable service.

I would like to let Reliance know how happy my family is with the tankless Wendy recommended. Reliance did a very good job installing and we have constant supply of hot water. Chris and family.

I called Betty and set up an appointment, she arrived promptly and very polite and professional. Betty pointed out all of my options and I went with her advice and in 2 days I will have my new furnace and air conditioner. Betty was very helpful and very educated and extremely easy to deal with. No pressure just the upfront facts. I am extremely pleased with Betty.i would recommend Betty to anyone in the market for a new furnace or air conditioner. Thanks Betty!!!!!!

Our eleven year old hot water tank began adding rust to our hot water. John (#1485) arrived the next day. He thoroughly checked the tank and suggested we replace it with a new model. He noted that a vent required upgrading to meet code and would cost extra.; however, he offered to call his supervisor (Brian) to see if this fee could be waived.... which it was. I didn't even have to ask! I hear/read several horror stories about the service from Reliance. My suggestion, ask for John next time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough... even on his last call at 8pm.

Sales and installation team were helpful and professional. They installed the system the day after we purchased it. The price was very reasonable, but I would advise everyone to avoid renting. The salesperson will, of course, strongly suggest it, but avoid doing it. If you cannot afford to purchase, borrow the money, pay it off in 2-4 years and then the system is yours.

Jordan Burton was singularily responsible for addressing, unraveling and correcting issues in the installation of hot water tank and gas furnace this year. Forwarded a seperate letter to Andrew Joiner, his manager eqarlier this month. Should be read.

I set up an appointment to discuss options with regards to purchasing a new furnace and ac. Our sales advisor clearly outlined all options which included a rental program. We were unaware of this option and thanks to Sam, we will be saving our family money as well providing our home with a high efficiency system. I will be highly recommending Reliance to family and friends.
