When our furnace suddenly broke down during a cold snap on Wednesday night before the Easter long weekend, Mike and the installation crew at Reliance Home Comfort made a very difficult situation much easier. Mike was very professional, answering all of our questions and giving us a very good deal on an industry leading product. He managed to move Heaven and earth to get us an installation the very next day even though it was Good Friday. He spared our family and pets from having a long weekend in the cold. The installation crew were also prompt, courteous and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Reliance who show that excellent customer service can still be found! -Alex and Heather

Jeff Parsons showed up at my house at the appointed time and was extremely thorough in explaining the services that would benefit me and my budget. He took the time to answer all my questions and double checked the measurements where the items were to be installed. He booked the appointment for the installation and assured me that if possible he would check personally with me on the day of installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff as he was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the benefits of upgrading my equipment. If you are in the market for new equipment please give Jeff a call, you won't regret it. As promised, Jeff did come by to check everything was on track and that I was satisfied with the installation.

The good folks over at reliance promptly sent a tech over to my home after a call on the weekend. Monday morning the tech showed up at 9 am and by 9:45 he was done. When he left you couldn't tell that he was here other than the fact that a new heater was downstairs. The tech's name was Zack Nunns and he was awesome. He took the time to answer my questions and to walk me through the functions of the heater. He is an asset to the Reliance brand and I will continue to do work with Reliance team moving forward thanks to him.

This post is in regard to Mohammad Wasay with Reliance. We called because our hot water went out periodically. Thankfully reliance sent Mohammad who provided us with great service! Not only did he fix our tank, he did it faster than anyone Reliance has ever sent. In addition, he kept the work area extremely clean and limited any draining or dripping water to the drain. On top of it all, every time he walked through the house he took his shoes off, even though we insisted he keep them on. These are the little things that improve service. Before leaving he gave me a crash course on identifying issues and throughout the process he kept me aware of what he was doing and why. I urge everyone to request Mohammad Wasay for their HVAC repairs if you want it done right and fast. Service like his is what keeps me with Reliance. Thank you so much Mohammad!

My hotwater tank was dripping, called Reliance in to repair, the repairman flooded the basement, releasing the tanks water, flooding my newly installed flooring, with no mention of the damage he created. He just noted, a bit of water was leaked. I have made several calls to Reliance, who take no ownership, and have told me its a matter for my insurance. Rude and inept. I am removing my hot water tank and buying one.

I would like to share with you that MIKE R, MATT F, AJ are really helpful and they have done great job in replacing boiler at my place mike and matt are great in dealing and really cooperative/ helpful and they have done all the job very neat and clean and they have started from start to end well and AJ joined them at last hour and he was helpful too. I am really happy and satisfied with the job they have done at my place. Keep them on job they are real ambassador of reliance. Nitin sharma Burlington.

Adam was an excellent service technician. Not only did he repair the outstanding issues related to a recent HVAC installation he went well beyond what I would have been satisfied with. He made it right and then made it better. Adam solved the problem and the went above and beyond.

Earlier this week, my furnace started making an extremely loud noise in the middle of the night. So loud that I had to shut the whole thing down; it had woken me up 2 floors above. A few years ago I got myself talked into buying the Reliance furnace protection plan for about $15 a month by a sales staff there, so I gave you guys a call. Jason (team member #1342) came by this morning and fixed it right away - no charge. I'm very relieved that I signed up for that plan and grateful for the fantastic service. I'll definitely be recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you Reliance, you made a bad week into a good one.

Josh and Alex were prompt, professional and knew what they were doing. They were friendly and cleaned up everything, leaving no mess or indication that they were even there. Thanks guys!

Called Reliance when water heater stopped working and they came the following day. Determined the faulty part in minutes and came back later that day to fix the issue because they did not have the part readily available. The technician, Maric, was very professional and helpful. Explained things thoroughly and was very competent. Thank you for your help!
