    Hot Water Tank

    out of all the otherTechnicians who was sent to my home for service, there is none that can top the awesome job which Mr. Maric had performed. My experiences in the past with other Technicians, was that the job wasn't done right the first time. I was unbelievable satisfied with his job ethic, professionalism, punctuality,and how well he communicated the problem to me. Mr, Maric always went beyond his call of duty to make sure the job is done right the first time. This is the second time i had requested Mr. Maric. Thank you Reliance for having this Fantastic Staff on your team. In your Company's profile, it is stated that "Customers satisfaction is your priority" again, thank you Mr.Maric for a job well done every time.

    Reliance Home Comfort Protaction Plan

    I came across this company on the web (sometime in June 2013) when I was searching to get maintenance for my AC and thought that the protection plan offered to me was so good.....annual maintenance for furnace & air conditioner, any time repair without anything going out of your pocket...blah, blah...for just 29.99 a month, 3 months free as a bonus for getting the plan and above all no contract and I could cancel the plan anytime. I would get a package in my mail to get my plan activated. I did not realize my worst nightmare was about to start. I never received a package for the plan. When I called them in early July to schedule my annual maintenance I was told that my plan was not activated and I would have to pay for any service done on my AC. Since I was not given any other option, I got the service done and was charged $ 288 for it. I never realized that they activated the plan after I had the service without delivering any plan package to me until I got a collection call in Oct 2013. I spoke to the AR and explained that I had no idea that the plan had been activated and could they please stop the invoicing and was assured that it would be taken care of and by the time it gets processed I might get a few more collection calls which I should ignore. But to my horror the billing continued for the past 6 months in spite of several calls and written communication and the matter has been sent to collection (: without even any reply to my communication and on my last call to them I was finally told that I was talking to the AR and should have spoken to customer service to stop the invoicing......does that make sense? The AR should have forwarded my communication to which ever department would cancel the invoicing on my first call to them even if the plan had been activated so that there would be no further invoicing, since there was no contract. Current status is they are reviewing the account (whatever that means) and I am still getting collection calls and I have been advised to be patient. My advice to who ever wants to take the plan - please do not even think about it if you want to avoid unnecessary stress.

    New furnace

    Jayson Newton has been a great help and caring person . Our furnace was turned off by reliance . We ended new system . Jayson came over,went the mile and brought me several space heaters . Took the time to explain everything, husband was at work , we had to conference with my husband. Everything went very well and we are o peased with how ring Yon was with our situation .thank you Risa Nelson

    Water Tank

    The Reliance Technician, Wesley Lloyd assessed the problem in minutes, had all necessary spare parts and fixed the problem in 20 min. flat. In addition, he gave me invaluable advice regarding the water tank maintenance. Much improved service!!! I'm glad I stayed with Reliance!

    Heating, Air Conditioning and Hot Water Tank

    My Sales Rep and Installation Crew was very proffessional. The price we paid was very reasonable for the quality of products we purchased. The crew was punctual, friendly, informative and very hard working. It was nice to see that our Sales Rep followed up on the service and work that was being done. We were extremely pleased with the entire team of Reliance Home Comfort / Homestars.

    service on hot water heater

    We had no hot water and Daryl came out from Reliance to look at it. it. The hot water tank was leaking so he replaced the parts necessary. He was very informative and courteous and took the time to answer any questions I had.

    water heater service

    Our water heater was not working so we called Reliance for the service. Mehul was here within 2 hours. He replaced the pipe that goes into the water heater and We had hot water in just few minutes. He was quick and very processional. Thanks for quick service.

    water heater

    Technician (Gurmeet) from Reliance came in and checked the valve leak. Quick fix. Very satisfied! Technician also introduced simple easy-go tips on the eqipment mantanance. Very appreciated. Also introduced the furnace maintanance plan. Will consider later.

    Water Heater

    Our water heater wasnt working properly. Hot water would run out quickly we made a service call to reliance to come take a look Gurmeet was the technician that came. He was friendly and got the job done quickly and got out hot water working perfectly again.

    Hot Water Rental

    Had water leak from copper pipe (weld). Service worker was there in an hour. Repair complete as well as full tank service in no time. Fast , clean, friendly service. Ask for Joe for fantastic service.
