Both Mohammed and Mike provided excellent service when it came to replacing my water tank. Both of them know how to interact with customers in a professional manner. Would recommend them for any job.

I noticed that water tank is leaking and also I have intermittent water pressure problems. reliance send over wes to come to service my water tank. Fe did a clean job and fix all the problems.

Adam Walker was very professional and finished the repair quickly. He also provided good advice on maintaining the unit. I was also very impressed by how the service visit was scheduled a few hours after I made the call

We rented a new furnace and a/c unit from Reliance last April. In the fall we began to have problems with the unit. Reliance techs- Barr, Ian, Tim and others from the Kingston office worked extemely hard to solve the problems. Brendan Rake, the manager always returned our calls and was also very helpful. After several months it was determined that we needed a furnace replacement and they completed this thoroughly, treating our house as they would their own. They were always courteous and never gave up trying to solve our problems. We would highly recommend Reliance for any furnace and a/c rentals and service.

we were very impressed with nima and the consulatation he gave us for our new furnace and ac rental. he wasn't pushy nor did he try to talk us into anything we didn't need. he was helpful in helping us understand the per month costs and what they covered as well as explaining the rental agreement. install was amazing. the installer came on time and were so efficient with the work completed ahead of schedule. overall we are so happy with reliance and the employees who have represented reliance to us.

Daniel and Kory, the two reliance installers were professional, polite, and very efficient. Daniel is obviously very experienced and knowledgible. They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. They represent Reliance very well.

Wolf and John showed early, worked non stop for 7 hours to remove the old HVAC and install my new SmartAir 1000 furnace and air conditioner. Totally happy with their work. It showed it was not their first installation.

Woke up to no hot water! Called and was helped by a very pleasant person (forgot her name) and Allen was the technican who arrived on time, very nice & polite, able to fix the problem quickly. Told me what was going on and left everything clean. I really appreciated all of the support and great service I received.
