Was having issues with no hot water. Called in for a repair. Reliance sent out repair man within 24 hours. Chris Shaw was the technician. He called before coming to inform me of when he was going to arrive, (early i might add :)) He was very courteous and went over what the issues were with me. Explained to me what to look for in future to diagnose the problem. He was very informative. He also reviewed the service plan with me and gave me great recommendation. Very pleasant experience! Great technician!

We have had a leak from our overflow valve for a month or so but, just forgot to call. Finally called last night, and had an appointment today at 10:30am. The serviceman Jonathan Cain did an awesome job, and kept our rugs spotless.

I received a tag from enbridge to have my venting out because it was to close to the ground. I called reliance home comfort to help fix the problem. wes 2491 came and corrected the problem quickly and looked at my water tank to see if everything was working properly. He also registered me for a protection plan for my water tank. I am a very happy reliance customer for life. Thank you.

We had issues of multiple stops of the hot water heater despite the fact that the unit itself has recently been replaced with a new one. Due to unavailability of the unit in this extreme cold weather, we were so frustrated. But today a mechanic was arranged right away, and your mechanic(adviser), Jason Mitruk whos was very helpful finally found a root cause of the issue and fixed the problem. He did a great job, which has increased our satisfaction as a customer. Thank you very much.

Upon receipt of an e-mail from your company I requested the visit of a representative for a quote. Upon reaching and agreement on the cost I was told that they will be at my house the following Tuesday. At 7:30AM John & Wolfgang were ready to deliver the new furnace. They were very efficient since in less than 3 hours the work was completed and proper explanations was provided. They took the time to answer all of our questions. They cleaned up the place and remove all the materials that the removal of the old furnace caused. My wife and I are very happy with the service and quality of work done by your staff.

I was very pleased with repair of my water heater. Chris was on time and he did a great job fixing the water heater. He also explained what the problem was and I was very happy with way he cleaned up before he left. All in all excellent service.

Joey D provided very professional and courteous service. He called prior to arriving, confirming appointment and advising of his arrival time. Once on-site he took great care in protecting my home and advising me of what would be done to complete the work. Joey works very clean and efficiently, leaving behind nothing for me to deal with. I purchased a new furnace and ran into difficulty with the venting on the side of the home and a neighbor situation. I therefore required repositioning of the venting. Dini and Chris(907) were amazing with what was a difficult situation. I would rate them a 10. I do however have difficulty with the fact that the situation even arose, as it is something that should be considered at the time of installation of the new furnace. Although to code, I would expect the potential issues to have been raised to me at that time.
