I had just moved in and had trouble with the tank and knowing which pipes were what! I had no hot water or heat and Gurmeet Singh was very informative!! Kudos to him!! Good job. Very polite and informative

Great service!!!....had no hot water this morning. We made a call, we have a service contract, and someone was here within the hour! They cleaned up a filter and replaced a part! WOW

After having our 16 year old furnace and AC serviced we decided to look into having the system replaced even though there were no problems other than age. Jason Rowe from Reliance Home Comfort was assigned to us and arrived very promptly on the agreed upon time. His friendly personality and relaxes demeanor put us all at ease instantly. He began by asking us why we were interested in replacing our system and listened to us as we explained we were unsure at this point if we really wanted to replace what we had but were interested in what we had heard about the rental deals now available and wondered if down the road that would be the best way to go for us. He carefully explained each offer, each furnace and AC equipment and answered all of our questions. He understood our reluctance to commit and gave us time to talk together without him in the room. He offered his opinion when our decision was uncertain. Once we had decided on the correct package (the most expensive one which was our choice and didn't come from any pressure from him) he didn't just disappear come installation day. He actually showed up while the workers were here to make sure the job was to our liking and to answer any questions we had. He also arranged for a new water heater to be installed which we hadn't considered but because it was a rental and old he felt necessary. Jason followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the installation. When I was having trouble setting up the wefi feature of the thermostat he quickly sent email information via email and was ready to send an installer back to make sure it was working properly but fortunately our son was able to figure that out and this step wasn't necessary but it was very reassuring to know Jason was still with us in working out any problems we were having. I felt very confident in all of our dealings with Jason and would happily recommend him to friends and other Reliance Home Comfort customers! Way to go Jason!!!

asked for air conditioning unit to be added to home.Estimate and work was completed in a very timely manner and very well done.would recommend company to anyone who needs a new unit or repairs and maintenance to there own unit.

On October 29, 2013 for replacement of my obsolete old furnace and water tank, Joey (0977) was the Reliance rep that came to my house exactly at the specified time. He explained the work he would be doing and he completed the task within stipulated time. Joey was very knowledgeable and courteous person, the kind of person everybody like to have for repair. He was particularly careful not to make mess during his work which shows he cares about customer. Excellent manners and excellent service.

My water heater tank is not working all of a sudden from reliance home comfort during a rainy day so i called the company and the appointment for a technician guy was made for the next day which turned out to be quite fast, good and puntual. It has really exceeded my expectation with this company and i am really glad that i have chosen the right company for renting a water heater tank and big thumbs up for the technician guy by the name of Joe Green who is very dedicated to his hard work....keep it up.

i need a furnace and i got one the i and afford.i like that they come to the house and show us how to get everything line up to go to gas and shows us it was cheaper to ran gas

I didn't have hot water or heat for 3 days. And I had a reliance tech over on 2013.11.01 and he tested everything and did as much as he could and finally came to conclusion that the igniter assembly of our hot water tank needed to be changed, but the after hours parts guy wasn't picking up his phone! So we had to suffer another night without hot water or heat! Then on 2013.11.02 Mehul #2469 from reliance came and was able to troubleshoot immediately what the problem was and provided a refurbished part that he had in his truck and said that he would come back on Monday to install a"new" part. He was professional and ensured that the refurbished part was working properly before he left. Thank you Mehul, you are a credit to Reliance.

I am changing my earlier review since Reliance came to fix any issues free of charge. They did not have to do that and went out of their way to make us happy. I would recommend them anytime. Thank you Brian!
