Service Technician Leland was excellent. He determined the problem quickly and we had heat once again. He replaced our programmable thermostat and fully explained how it worked. He was very friendly and courteous. He is a great asset to Reliance Home Comfort.

i was looking to buy a new furnace. Dean explained the rental program, and it made perfect sense. He was helpful and took his time as he explained the benefits to me.

Replaced My old Furnace and A/C in Aug 2013. The most noticeable difference was when I turned on the furnace for the first time. Over the last few weeks that I have had it on I have noticed how even the heat is through out the house. I use to have drafts by the front door and the upstairs was always noticeably cooler than the down stairs, the difference now is minimal. Looking forward to the saving I should get due to a higher efficiency. The dual speed fan is the big reason for the change I would recomend this to anyone upgrading thier HVAC

Jason was the Reliance rep that came to my house exactly at the specified time and he explained the necessary repairs that he would be doing to the hot water heater and he completed the task within the hour. Jason (2483) was very polite and professional. thanks so much

During a scheduled maintenance call yesterday, the representative called Dean Timpany who made himself available to meet with me this morning. Dean provided helpful information to address my current and future needs. I am seriously considering the options for my own home, and am also meeting next week with Dean at my recently purchased income property. Dean has instilled confidence in Reliance for both products and service.

I have a hot water tank rental from Reliance. The call centre should have been more helpful. They suggested an appointment 3 days out and when we asked for a closer appointment time they found an appointment slot in the next day. Why wouldn't they offer that in the first place? Who wants to live without hot water for 3 days in the winter. We ended up having David Tran from Flan Air. He was a little late, but worth the wait. He was efficient, did a great job and had everything up and running in about 30 minutes. If we could I would request him again.

I recently had a new funace and AC unit installed as well as an upgrade to my hot water heater. My installers where very professional and did excellent work. Thanks very much to Jayson Newton who responded to our request for a home consultation. Jayson arrived on time, provided education as to products available and answered all our questions. He dropped by on install day to assure everything was going well, followed up to make sure we where not having any problems and to this day promply returns any questions I email to him.
