Dave & Sherry installed my units with ease and professionalism. They were on time, polite and informed me every step of the way. They cleaned up before they left and made sure I understood how to work the new control system. Murray came by to make sure the work was meeting my expectations and the install was going well. I am very pleased with my new furnace & air conditioner, and very pleased to have met 3 very special people. Thank you Murray, Dave, Sherry, and Reliance Home Comfort.

Today was my regular scheduled maintenance call for my furnace. This was performed by JC #2546. He called before coming and arrived right on time. He was very polite and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I am very pleased with his work and with Reliance as a whole.

Joey D #977 did a fantastic job. He was super courteous, answered all my questions and left the area nice and clean. My old water heater was leaking and he cleaned up quite a mess. And the new one is running perfectly. Thanks again.

Tom Gianitsopulos was the sales and service technican. Tom was extremely professional as he explained the various options and services Reliance had to offer. We have agreed to have Reliance as our service provider. Thank you Tom for arriving early as well! Service installation slated the next day... Rating for install will come later.

Ed #8255 came to my home to assist me with my water heater. He called prior to arriving. He was very kind and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how he would address it. He completed the work in a timely manner and was very professional. I asked him if it would be a benefit to purchase a new water heater (which would be more money for his company) to which he advised me not to do and let me know why I could save money. He was very curtious and ensured that I was aware of everything he was doing. Being a single woman alone at times I am uncomfortable with workmen coming into my home but Ed put me at ease. I was very thankful for his assistance today.

I called Reliance to repair what I knew was a very old air conditioner. The service technician Naresh Chattarpaul, showed up on time he was very professional. He gave me options, he took the time to do a pressure test and gave me the worst case scenario's and the best so I could set the right and realistic expectation. In the end he was able to fix the issue and advise accordingly. Very pleased and now cooled.

I first had a disappointing experience regarding my installation of my furnace but when I called Doug Heart he took care of everything. Not only he sent two men to fix everything but he gave me the top of the line furnace. I will have to change my A/C in the further and I am satisfied with them. Thank you Mike Mancini

My rental water heater sprang a leak and flooded my basement. The technician came out to drain and remove the tank but didn't and left the tap open. My basement flooded a second time. They did nothing to help clean up or make restitution

Joey D - #977 replaced the hot water tank neatly and efficiently. He was courteous and respectful of our home, leaving everything tidy. Request him as your technician; I will in the future! Thanks, Joey!

Dean Timpany was the Reliance Home Comfort Advisor. Punctual gentleman who arrived to our home to present options in upgrading our very old system. He was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced individual who put us at ease with the his calm demeanor. He took the time to explain all the important aspects of installing an efficient system and resulting cost effectiveness. Excellent advisor and sales person, his rating should be 10+. Installers were punctual, professional, efficient, provided quality work. Thank you to Dean and installation crew!!!
