I recieved a very frantic call from my wife one morning that she or our 3 teenage children were unable to shower as we had no hot water. Never a good thing with teenagers when they can't have a shower. I quickly called Reliance and made an appointment. I was very surprised to find out that they would be out before noon that day. Tim arrived right on time and said we had a dirty ignitor and that we would have hot water within the hour. The entire experiance was easy and pleasent. Well worth the price to Rent & Relax.

Derek Phung performed my yearly maintenance on my furnace and A/C. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He checked everything. I have never had such great service. Derek even took the time to check my dryer vent for me. Duct cleaners discovered a week ago that it was not hooked up. Derek used his cool snake camera to assure me that their was a vent up there and it was close. Put my mind at ease as I now know that only a portion of my ceiling needs to come down to fix it - not the entire ceiling. I am so happy that Reliance is performing their own service now and not leaving to contractors. Derek is an excellent service person and Reliance is lucky to have him as a front line person. Because of the great service I received today, I would certainly recommend Reliance and I will be doing. I hope Derek gets to respond to my service calls. A definite 10! Cheryl J. Graham

Daryl (ID 2109), the technical staff, arrived promptly at the appointed time to sort out my hot water problems and quickly made the diagnosis. He changed the rental hot water tank all by himself within the hour. Afterwards he explained and showed me the reasons. He also changed a leaking water valve above the tank at my request. I am very impressed with his professionalism, competence and friendliness. He is a real asset of the Reliance service team.

I called in the mornig asking for furnance manteinance ands they send very quickly the technician Derek he did very good job! very quick! and the guy was very nice and professional.

Have been signed up with Reliance for years and very happy with their friendly customer service... They've recently added their own technicians to my area (Whitby) rather than sublet to a private HAVC company... This concerned me when I called for repair August 20th as the previous contractor knew my system very well, however Chris (emp #7204) brought something to my attention that was never mentioned previously... A clogged condenser drain hose was the source of my problems and Chris took care of it immediately. - Advised me what to look out for in the future and offered a few other preventative tips Great experience and will gladly recommend Reliance to my friends and family - Well done Reliance Home Comfort!

Dean was very polite and respectful. I was at ease with him in my home, there was no pressure to buy anything even though I needed a new furnace. He explained the different units that were available as well as the advantages and disadvantages for meeting my family's needs. The fact that within 2 days my new system will be installed is great. The price fits my budget and not having to worry about maintenance or repairs is also a relieve. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone looking to replace their old system.

Living in a small narrow townhouse certainly has its challenges when installing a new furnace and A/c. I Was fortunate enough to have a very experienced team of Jeff # 1023 and Dan #2097. Jeff was very knowledgeable and creative when it came to installing the new units and managed to fit both into a very tight area. I'm glad I went with a reputable company with experienced technicians. So far the A/c has been working great and I am very satisfied with my cooler house and will enjoy it for many years to come. The guys arrived on time, took all the old junk away including the air exchanger and purifier at no extra cost, cleaned up the basement after the install, took the time to explain what they did and how to operate the equipment- They were both extremely nice and I couldn't ask for better service! I made an appointment for an inspection of my water tank that was rusting on the bottom. I was expecting a technician between 7 and 11 am. At 8:15 am I received a call from the technician Paul Penney #498 to say he would be here in 15 minutes. He arrived as promised and immediately assessed the situation and recommended replacement of the unit. He also indicated that as he did not have any further appointments booked, he would try to accommodate the installation that morning. After making a quick phone call, Paul came back to say he could indeed replace the unit immediately. Within the hour, I had a beautiful new water heater, no charge. Paul was fantastic! He was a really hard worker and obviously took pride in his position within the company. I couldn't have appreciated his efforts more and am so pleased to have it all taken care of in one visit!

I recently had my AC serviced by Frank Amirrajab. Service was very professional and completed beyond our expectations. He made certain that we were satisfied with the AC performance and resulting temperature of the the house.

Kyle Vodden (1650) did a great job. He thoroughly explained maintenance techniques I can do myself. Was 10 minutes after the appointment window because he said he'd rather do a thorough job with each customer than rush through--I agree with him on that. Know more about my furnace and air conditioner than I ever did before. Also appreciated the $50 discount.
