    Fix rental water heater

    I can't say enough good things about what exceptional service I received from both Gary (call centre) to Steve Danchak (tech # 1502). From the time I called in the trouble (8:30 AM)of no hot water on my rental hot water heater to the problem diagnosed & part replaced by 9:10 AM & yes that is the same day I could not be happier with the overall Reliance experience. Thank you for being there for me so fast & both gentleman being so helpful & courteous. Eleanor Hardman

    Disconnect

    I was extremely satisfied with our experience. John, EE# 1485 was courteous and knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable at all times. He answered our questions and suggested what we will require in the future.

    annual inspection

    Leland, performed the annual inspection of our furnace and air conditioner.for the second time ( 2011 and 2013]. He was very proficient and took time to answer all my questions.

    Furnace

    Adam was a professional and helpful technician that responded to our needs quickly. We expressed our desire to have the issue resolved as soon as possible since we were without heat and Adam promised and followed through on his word to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

    replace rental water heater

    Our water heater failed. It took 4 phone calls to 3 different Customer Service Reps to finally get the heater replaced. I only rated the company as high as I did because of Bruno who installed the heater. He was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely better coordination and communication to the customer is reccommended for the Customer Service Reps.

    furnace

    Canadian Air Systems and Reliance Home Comfort provided excellent service to my family when our 20 year old furnace recently quit working. The tech from Canadian Air Systems Fred, worked hard to fix the issue at minimal cost for us but unfortunately our furnace could not be fixed. After discussing our options with Fred, we opted to rent a furnace from Canadian Air Systems through Reliance Home Comfort. The installation of the furnace was just as professional as Fred's initial visit. I will definitely continue to use Reliance and Canadian Air Systems going forward.

    The home comfort advisor was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We felt safe going with a big company like Reliance. The installers worked hard, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves in a friendly and professional way as well. Thank you!

    Service

    I came home from holidays to no hot water. I called Reliance Home Comfort and was advised that the contractor - Seasons Change Mechanical - would be in touch shortly to arrange service. I was off the phone for no more than 5 minutes when I received a call from the office of Seasons Change Mechanical who made the arrangements for a service call. The girl at the office was so friendly and very helpful and assured me that I would have hot water soon. Within a couple of hours one of the technicians from Seasosn Change Mechanical arrived and looked after the problem and we again had hot water. He was very informative and showed me the part that was replaced and the cost of the part/service call had I not been renting the tank. Thanks for the great service.

    Service

    I was very by the service provided by John employee # 1485 and staff,my hot water tank was leaking and my wife called at around 10:30 pm and they said somebody would be there the following day between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm the next day, i received a call from John the next day at 8:00 am telling me he was on his way, he was very punctual,courteous and knowledgeable of his trade.Thank you
