    HOT WATER TANK REPLACEMENT

    The technician that came(keith) was respectful, informative and "went above and beyond" in his updating of our hot water tank. Quick, Clean, straight to the point service. wish more techs can have the same work ethics.. need a hot water tank replace or service in Windsor/essex area, ask for (Keith emp # rcw2024) Not getting paid for this...just a satisfied costumer. Prrra!

    new hot water tank

    our tank was old and we noticed that the water was yellow. I called your office and that same night someone came to look at the tank. The tank was over 25 years old so we were given a new one. We were told that the reparrman would be there between 10 & 2 the next day and he arrived at 10;;45. A new one was installed and the old one removed quickly with no mess and old one removed. Two days later we noticed a slight leak and called the office. The next day repair came back and fixed the leak. We are very happy with our new tank and would recomend your company to everyone. Your repairman worked quickly and professionaly. Thank you.

    Installation of New Furnace

    I would like begin by stating that I had used Dynasty air systems to replace my blower motor for my house and they provided excellent service. About two weeks ago we were at our cottage ( Wasaga Beach) and noticed that the furnace went off in the middle of the night. The next day I contacted Dynasty Air Systems. They directed me through a series of steps to make sure we were safe ( ie from carbon monoxide) this was a Saturday. After further examination by a local mechanical it was determined that the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. I received a quote from this company to repair believing that the quote was quite high. I then contacted Dynasty Air Systems and even though they are based in Toronto, they were able to provide a competitve quote in collaboration with a local contractor Go Heating. This was done over a course of threes days ( Quote, Delivery Installation) OUTSTANDING effort. Many thanks to Dynasty Air Systems for providing a competetive quote, excellent customer service and many thanks to Go heating for a timely and quality installation. I will highly recommend both companies to friends neighbors etc.

    New Hot Water Tank

    First this was free but the review made me put in a $ amount. My hot water stopped working this morning and upon inspection there was minimal water in my basement. Reliance Cambridge sent Steve over in the time frame allotted. He was professional and put my mind at ease. The tank was replaced and he kept the area and his path to the tank as clean as it was before. This is why someone should rent over owning a tank.

    yearly service for furnace

    The technician that came was respectful, informative without being condescending, and "went above and beyond" in his updating of some of our equipment. Our thermostat was needing replacement, he went and retrieved one (that didn't work properly) and proceeded then, to go to another reliance depot to get a working one. He noticed an incorrect install on part of our furnace, which he promptly went to the Reliance shop to pick up. He took the time to show me how to work the upgraded thermostat and answered all my questions. I recommend him for an award, or raise!

    Furnace Repair

    The heat went out in my mother's home yesterday and I was very worried as she is elderly and currently living alone in downtown Toronto. She speaks limited English so I contacted Reliance on her behalf, and they sent Dynasty Air Systems to fix the problem. They called me right away to arrange service. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it down to the house due to freezing rain last night, and I was concerned that the technicians might have difficulty communicating directly with my mother. As promised, the technician called me when he arrived to find out what the issue was and to let me know he was there. He then called back to explain what had happened and that everything was fixed. I was very pleased with their quick response and with how they took the time to set my mind at ease. Even my mother raved about how polite they were!

    Replacement Furnace

    I had technician Adam Walker come to my house to fix my furnace. We were already on the C.P.P. and I knew the repair would be covered. At first the problem was the thermostat was faulty. After replacing the thermostat and running some checks on the furnace, Adam had found a crack in the heat exchanger, which he explained was a very unsafe condition and the furnace should be replaced. Because I was on the the C.P.P. Adam was able to offer me $500 off of the cost of the new Furnace. I was also eligible for $250 rebate on the furnace. The installers were great and I'm very glad I chose Reliance. Thank you!

    water heater rental replacement

    Steve replaced our rental water heater this morning.... an excellent and helpful service technician and a real asset to the company. We have rented from Reliance over the past 5 years and have been extremely happy with their service. Our old heater was demoed by a muddy surge of water caused when a major municipal water main broke. Replacement service was incredibly prompt.

    installation of a new furnace and air conditioning

    This review will discuss the importance of customer service. Reliance Home Comfort knows the meaning of the words and executes them exceptionally well. The installation of a new furnace and air conditioning went on schedule, no delays, the team were friendly and courteous. The technicians knew what they were doing, what they were suppose to do and executed the task without delays, hesitations, issues or hassel. This is the type of customer service my husband and I rate very high, which now a days, not many companies know the true meaning of the words 'customer service'.

    New owner

    As a new owner it would have been nice to receive a letter from you explaining that Reliance owns and services equipment in the house, instead of the first contact with you being the bill. Then when I phoned to ask what it was all about, I had to negotiate your phone system - at least six button pushes - before being put on hold for almost 5 minutes before I could speak to a human - whose phone made him sound as though he were on a speaker phone in outer Mongolia! and very difficult to hear.
